ESPN Makes Final Indiana Fever Prediction Against Las Vegas Aces

The Indiana Fever's semifinals series with the Las Vegas Aces has gone the distance and is now headed to a pivotal winner-take-all Game 5.

Despite the absence of Caitlin Clark, Sophie Cunningham and several other key contributors due to season-ending injuries, the Fever were able to hold their own against the No. 2 Aces. Indiana won Games 1 and 4, while Las Vegas took back-to-back victories in Games 2 and 3.

In Game 4 in particular, the Fever stepped up big time as they faced playoff elimination. Aliyah Boston had one of her best games in the postseason so far with a monster double-double of 24 points and 14 rebounds, along with five assists, two steals and two blocks.

Kelsey Mitchell, for her part, finished with 25 points on 9-of-20 shooting, along with four assists.

Now, as the Fever prepare for their do-or-die showdown with the Aces in Sin City, ESPN's Matchup Predictor has revealed the chances of both teams to win the game and advance to the WNBA Finals.

Unfortunately for the Fever, things are not looking good for them. They have been given just a 35.9% chance to win, while the Aces are at 64.1%.

The Aces finished the 2025 regular season with a 17-5 record at home, so it's not surprising to see them favored at Michelob ULTRA Arena. However, it's worth noting that Indiana did win their series-opener against Las Vegas on the road.

Indiana is also 2-2 in away games in this year's playoffs, so it's certainly wrong to count them out early.

Game 5 is scheduled for Tuesday, with the winner of the game facing the Phoenix Mercury in the WNBA Finals that begins on Friday.
