Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark may be missing a lot of court action right now, but that did not mean she has been out of the spotlight. In fact, one fan flexed a poster during one of the recent games for the Fever, which became an instant favorite for star Aliyah Boston.

During the Fever’s recent game against the Seattle Storm, one Fever fan waved a poster that featured Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston together in one frame. Boston shared the photo on her Instagram story.

“My favorite poster ever right now,” Boston captioned her story.

Still without All-Star guard Caitlin Clark for the seventh consecutive game, the Indiana Fever continued their winning ways with an intense 78–74 victory against the Seattle Storm in Seattle on Sunday.

After Boston’s nine straight points in the early fourth quarter gave Indiana a 73–61 lead, Seattle put together an emphatic surge to narrow the gap to 73–72 on a Skylar Diggins three-point play with just over three minutes left to play.

Kelsey Mitchell then delivered a clutch layup with 8.1 seconds left, and Boston’s subsequent free throw iced the win as Seattle failed to convert on its final attempts.

Caitlin Clark to Miss More Games, No Clear Return Timeline Yet

Caitlin Clark will miss her seventh consecutive game Sunday when the Indiana Fever face the Seattle Storm, as the star guard continues to recover from a right groin injury and remains without an official return timetable. Clark suffered the latest setback late in Indiana’s victory over the Connecticut Sun on July 15, and further medical evaluations this week confirmed there was no additional damage.

The Indiana Fever front office emphasized that her rehabilitation will prioritize long-term health and recovery over a rushed comeback.

Clark’s second season has been plagued with soft-tissue injuries that have allowed her to play in only 13 games. The first absence was for three weeks due to a left quad strain, followed by two weeks out with a left groin injury, and now she is dealing with a right groin injury.

This all has had a cascading effect on Clark’s ability to play in some signature events such as the Commissioner’s Cup title game and the All-Star weekend in Indiana. Clark is thinking about her struggles with the physical demands of being a professional athlete and the mental execution, which she has not experienced before in her career.

The Fever have nonetheless rallied to win four straight games without her and sit within striking distance of second place in the standings. Caitlin Clark remains sidelined with no timetable for her return.
