Fever Coach Stephanie White Addresses Caitlin Clark's Availability on Wednesday

Caitlin Clark's second season in the WNBA hasn't gone as expcted for the Indiana Fever.

Clark has missed ample time for the Fever, putting head coach Stephanie White into difficult situations, having to deal with several lineup changes in her first year leading the team.

Throughout the season, Clark has played 13 games. She came into the season as one of the WNBA's biggest stars and certain ly proved the ability to contribute to a title contender early in the season, but the Fever have been hit with several road-blocks.

As the Fever look for Clark to return sometime this season, White revealed an update on her availibility.

"Until she can get into practice, and until you guys see her in practice, it's really status quo, same as same as we have been," White said, per Chloe Peterson.

On Wedneday, Clark was in attednnace at practice, watching the Indiana Fever on the sidleine alongside several other teammates.

Caitlin Clark isn't the only player who has dealt with a major setback during the WNBA season. The Indiana Fever have also been dealt season-ending injuries to the followin g players: Sophie Cunningham, Aari McDonald and Sydney Colson.

Colson suffered a torn ACL while McDonald has foot injury and Cunningham is working through a lower body injury.

Throughout her second season in the WNBA, Caitlin Clark has posted 16.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 8.8 assists per game for the Indiana Fever.

The Fever could certainly benefit from Clark's skill set in the postseason, but as of now, they will be relying on several other stars like Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell and Natasha Howard.
