Fans expressed disappointment toward Monique Billings for sharing a post during halftime of the Indiana Fever-Los Angeles Sparks game. They were unhappy that she was on social media despite her team being in the middle of a WNBA matchup.
The Fever uploaded a photo of the veteran forward flexing her biceps on X. They captioned it by highlighting that the squad was up big after two quarters, along with a flexed biceps emoji.
Billings reposted it with the same emoji, and the fans were quick to criticize her actions.
“I hate that she tweeted this during halftime. Like wtf are we doing,” one user wrote.
“Sister wait until the game over before u post for me lol,” a comment read.
“mo tweeting at halftime im dead bro ” said college football and basketball reporter Molly McGrath.
“At halftime is crazy” posted another.
“Mo tweeting before the game is over im dead,” a reaction read.
“lol ♂️♂️♂️not during the game lock n ” another fan commented.

A member of her social media team responded in the comments section. As it turns out, the UCLA product did not post it as she's focused on the game.
"Heyy member of Mo’s team here!! Mo is locked in for her games always! That was me showing her some love!" Billings' team member wrote.
Indiana played without Caitlin Clark, who was ruled out due to a back injury.
The good news was that four Fever players scored in double digits, led by Kelsey Mitchell’s 26. Aliyah Boston and Tyasha Harris contributed 17 and 16, respectively, while Billings stepped up with 15 points and six rebounds in the 111-87 victory.
