'HOT MOM': Angel Reese Selfies With Mom And Brother Despite Sky Losing To Mystics

Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky came up short again, this time in a tight 81-79 loss to the Mystics. But win or lose, one thing’s always solid—her family.

After the game, Angel Reese shared some love for her mom and step-brother on Instagram. Her Stories showed a few chill moments with them postgame. One photo showed her mom rocking Sky merch, and Angel captioned it:

“HOT MOM.”

She also posted a selfie with her mom, writing:

“twin. my gorgeous QUEEN

Her step-brother, Mikael Hopkins, also pulled up. He wore her jersey and dropped a message on his IG:

Her mom reposted one of the pics and wrote:

Angel Reese Shows Fire After Late-Game Drama

The game between Angel Reese ’s Chicago Sky and the Washington Mystics was wild near the end. Tied at 77, Mystics forward Shakira Austin missed two free throws, got her own rebound, and scored. Reese thought there was a foul and didn’t hide how she felt.

After a timeout was called, she smacked a clipboard out of an assistant coach’s hands.

Still, she tied the game at the line. But Austin answered right back with two free throws to seal the W for the Mystics.

Reese still put up a strong stat line: 22 points, 15 rebounds, and 4 assists on over 55% shooting. It wasn’t enough this time, but she left everything on the floor.
