WNBA veteran Monique Billings joined the Indiana Fever in the past offseason, signing a two-year deal worth $1.6 million. She has since established herself as a significant contributor to the franchise, providing Indiana with some much-needed frontcourt depth.

Billings, who has started in 31 games for the Fever, is averaging 6.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.5 blocks per game. She’s fifth on the team in points and third in rebounds. Most importantly, Billings is fourth on the team in win shares, further highlighting her massive impact.

As Billings continues to help the Fever thrive in the WNBA, she’s also making moves outside the league.

On Sunday, Unrivaled announced that Billings will be returning for the 2027 season of the 3-on-3 league.

Billings played in Unrivaled during the 2026 season as part of Hive BC. In 14 games played, she averaged 14.2 points, 10.9 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 0.9 steals.

The 30-year-old forward also first became teammates with Kelsey Mitchell at Unrivaled before she signed with the Fever in free agency.

Unfortunately, Billings, Mitchell and Hive BC finished with the worst record (4-10) and failed to make the playoffs.

It will be interesting to see where Billings will end up in the 2027 season of Unrivaled and whether or not she’ll be teammates again with her fellow Fever players. Aside from Billings, Unrivaled has announced that Lexie Hull and Aliyah Boston will be participating in the upcoming campaign as well.

There are still no updates on whether Mitchell will return as well. It’s also unknown if Caitlin Clark will join the tournament for the first time in her career.
