After a memorable first year with the Indiana Fever, Sophie Cunningham has been very busy during the WNBA offseason. The 29-year-old has remained relevant among fans through her multiple endorsement deals and strong social media presence. Cunningham also hosts her own podcast, “Show Me Something,” with reality TV star and good friend West Wilson.

Cunningham, who averaged 8.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.7 triples per game for the Fever in 2025, took to social media on Wednesday to announce an update about her podcast — one that should stir excitement among her fans from her home state of Missouri.

Cunningham is a native of Columbia, Missouri. She attended Rock Bridge High School in Missouri and played college basketball for Mizzou, representing the Missouri Tigers for 4 years before being drafted by the WNBA in 2019.

On Wednesday, the 6-foot-1 shared some news about a “Show Me Something” homecoming event in Kansas City.

“COME KICK IT!!” she captioned her post, sharing her podcast’s announcement.

According to the post, the homecoming special will take place on Dec. 6 at No Other Pub, which is located in downtown Kansas City. Both Cunningham and Wilson will attend the event, scheduled from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. The meet and greet is presented by Arby’s, one of Cunningham’s endorsement partners.

Cunningham’s podcast debuted on July 31. They have released 19 episodes in less than 4 months.

As for her basketball, Cunningham is currently recovering from surgery on a torn MCL in her right knee. The injury cut her season short, limiting her first season with Indiana to just 30 games. Cunningham is expected to make a full recovery, and she is aiming to be ready for the start of the 2026 WNBA season in May.
