Indiana Fever forward Aliyah Boston always gets warm love from Dawn Staley, but she doesn’t have a lot of those memories saved in her phone. So, she recently asked a fan on social media to give her a recording of one such heartwarming behind-the-scenes moment with Staley from Unrivaled's record-breaking Philadelphia stop.

The 3-on-3 league drew 21,490 fans to Xfinity Mobile Arena on Friday when the 24-year-old All-Star put on her jersey for Phantom BC and dropped an impressive 18 points in a 71-68 victory over Breeze BC in the sold-out arena.

Staley, one of Unrivaled's investors, showed up courtside to support her former players. She celebrated the Philadelphia crowd with her signature energy, noting, "@aa_boston is sooooo freaking good! And @Unrivaledwbb is unreal! The energy in the building tonight — come on now, Philly!"

The South Carolina legend coached Boston from 2019-23, guiding her to an NCAA national championship in 2022. Boston calls her "a second mom to me" and credits her coach for building her confidence as a freshman. Staley also praised Boston last summer as "the smartest player ever in the history of our program."

So, she could not help but make a plea to the X user after spotting her BTS selfie with Staley. However, the fan is sports reporter Aliyah Funschelle, who posted a selfie video showing Boston and Staley sharing laughs and hugs courtside before taking their adorable selfie.

The Virgin Islands native spotted the post and immediately pleaded for the footage, asking, "Wait, can you send me this, please lol." It's nice to see that even two years into her pro career, Boston cherishes a moment with her "second mom."

The Fever forward averaged 15.0 points and 8.2 rebounds last season. She earned her second straight All-Star selection and helped Indiana reach the playoffs for the second straight season.
