Behind a strong performance from their top three scorers, the Lynx bounced back from a rare loss and got their revenge against the Chicago Sky on Monday night.

The Sky got the better of the Lynx on Saturday afternoon, which undoubtedly motivated Minnesota coming into the rematch. Napheesa Collier, Courtney Williams, and Kayla McBride combined for 64 points as the Lynx used a strong second-half surge to pull away for a 91-78 win in Chicago.

Collier continued her MVP-caliber campaign with a game-high 29 points, hitting a season-high four three-pointers. Williams, who will be joining Collier at All-Star week in Indianapolis this month, chipped in 18 points and led the Lynx in rebounds (8), assists (7), steals (4), and blocks (2). McBride, who probably should've been an All-Star, added 17 points.

The Lynx shot 46.5 percent as a team and hit 12 threes. They forced 19 Sky turnovers and only committed 12 of their own.

All-Star Angel Reese led Chicago with 22 points and 10 rebounds for her ninth consecutive double-double. Ariel Atkins, who dropped 27 points in Saturday's game, left Monday's contest with a leg injury in the first half and did not return, which was a tough break for the Sky. Former Gophers star Rachel Banham scored 15 points for Chicago.

The Lynx hit six of their threes in the first quarter, scoring 28 points behind 10 apiece from Collier and Williams. The Sky then made a run in the second and led by 10 before the Lynx closed the half on an 8-0 run.

It was the second half where the Lynx found some separation. They won the third quarter by seven points and closed it out with a strong fourth quarter.

The Lynx (19-4) still haven't lost consecutive games all season. If you include their Commissioner's Cup title game loss to Indiana, they're 5-0 this year after a defeat.

Next up, the Lynx will face Alyssa Thomas and the Mercury — who beat them in Phoenix last week — on Wednesday at Target Center.
