Paige Bueckers Announces New Partnership Deal With Former UConn Teammate

Paige Bueckers is truly taking the basketball world by storm. 

After getting drafted first overall by the Dallas Wings in the 2025 WNBA Draft, the silky-smooth UConn guard has only continued to generate headlines.

Yet just when you think she can’t level up again, she does.

On April 16, Bueckers dropped her latest collaboration on Instagram: a playful, charismatic ad for Oreo Cakesters. 

And this time, she brought backup. 

Alongside her is none other than fellow UConn teammate and best friend, Azzi Fudd. 

The duo star in a short video ad that blends the rhythm of their pre-game warmups with the unmistakable chemistry they share off the court. 

The caption reads, "These @oreo Cakesters flavors are giving bestie duo energy, kinda like...us!!"

But this ad does more than showcase their friendship, it's a clever alignment between the fun, nostalgic energy of Oreo and the two athletes' relatable appeal as they trade jokes, shots and praise for their "perfect snack". 

What’s most impressive? The natural flow of it all. This doesn’t feel forced. It feels like Paige and Azzi being Paige and Azzi, with a snack in hand and a spotlight they’ve more than earned.

Among all of the Nike, Bose, Nerf, and Gatorade ads, it’s not the first time Bueckers has landed a major brand partnership, but this one really stands out. 

It really leans into her personality and reinforces why she is becoming the face of a generation.
