The Indiana Fever made some roster moves earlier this week, starting with waiving forward DeWanna Bonner and signing guard Aari McDonald for the rest of the WNBA season. They also suspended forward Damiris Dantas' contract so she could play with the Brazilian National Team at the AmeriCup.

As for McDonald, this is her second stint with the Fever this season after the team signed her for a short period on an emergency hardship contract back on June 1.

Since McDonald rejoined Indiana, she has played in two games, both of which Caitlin Clark missed due to a groin injury. In those appearances, she scored 14 points against the Los Angeles Sparks and 13 points against the Dallas Wings.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, McDonald took to social media to share some photos of her life as of late.

"My ❤️ and ☕️ is full," the 5-foot-6 guard captioned the post.

Some notable comments came from the Fever’s social media team, which dropped two emojis: "❤️." Her teammate Sophie Cunningham also left a message.

"YES MAAM ," Cunningham said.

McDonald has seemingly fit in like a glove with the Fever, quickly forming close bonds with her teammates.

She not only filled in for Clark in the team's last two games but also played in three at the beginning of June when the reigning Rookie of the Year was dealing with a left quad strain.

McDonald has now seen action in five games, starting one, and is averaging 12.0 points, 1.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists per contest.

She'll continue to handle the majority of the point guard duties until Clark returns.
