Two Aces among the league leaders in jersey sales
Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

As the WNBA has grown, ticket sales, jersey sales, and even viewership have increased. Fanatics recently unveiled their top-selling WNBA player merchandise, led by rookie Caitlin Clark.

The list also included two Las Vegas Aces players, with rookie Kate Martin ranking fourth in sales. Martin is not only in the top five in jersey sales, but she has also become a fan favorite in Vegas, garnering a standing ovation every time she arrives. It’s also worth mentioning that Martin is the third highest rookie in jersey sales, and she finished 12th in All-Star votes.

Coach Becky Hammon also praised Kate Martin, saying, “She built up a lot of trust in the locker room with the coaches.”

The reigning M’VP, A’ja Wilson, was also on the list, ranking fifth and rounding out the top five. With a stellar resume that includes being a finals MVP, two-time champion, and Olympic gold medalist, it’s no surprise that Wilson is at the top of the sales charts. Her debut sneaker, the Nike A’one, will be released in four colorways in 2025.

Wilson has been dominating on the court this season, averaging 27.3 points, 12 rebounds, 2.8 blocks, and two steals per game. Off the court, A’ja Wilson was honored with the Dawn Staley Community Leadership Award for her community service.

The Aces are the only team to have two members in the top five in terms of sales, with the rookie and the reigning MVP. They will face the Minnesota Lynx on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN, and again on Friday at 6:30 p.m. on ION.
