Sun guard DiJonai Carrington stole the show in Connecticut's 89-72 win over the Indiana Fever on Monday.
In the second quarter, Carrington had a priceless reaction to a questionable foul called against her while guarding Fever rookie guard Caitlin Clark.
The No. 1 overall pick of April's WNBA draft sold the contact well, and Carrington exaggerated Clark's reaction when expressing her point to an official.

However, the four-year veteran got revenge in the waning seconds of the first half by picking Clark's pocket and hustling down the court to hit a layup just before the halftime buzzer.
Precision on defense and urgency on the break!

Carrington finished the game with 22 points, the second most in her career, on 7-of-9 shooting and added six rebounds, three assists and three steals.
She's started all 11 games for the Sun this year after coming off the bench during her first three seasons. Her growth has been a wonderful addition to a Connecticut team led by Alyssa Thomas and DeWanna Bonner.
Carrington's quickness gives her an edge on defenders, such as on this second-quarter drive, which ended with a strong finish and a trip to the free-throw line.
Ladies and gentlemen.... HER

Carrington, a former second-round pick, also played excellent defense on Clark. The Fever star finished with 10 points while shooting just 3-of-8 from the court.
With the win, the Sun improved to 10-1, the best record in the WNBA.
