The WNBA season will soon begin, meaning roster cuts around the league have grown more frequent by the day.
On Monday, a prospect from the 2025 WNBA Draft was released from her respective organization, marking the second time she's been cut since entering the league.
Shyanne Sellers was released by the Atlanta Dream, per Yahoo Sports.
She was originally drafted by the Golden State Valkyries with the No. 17 overall pick, but waived on May 3. Sellers has now been released by two teams in nine days, seemingly struggling to get accustomed to the professional atmosphere.

Sellers joined the Golden State Valkyries out of college, having played four seasons with the Maryland Terrapins.
Golden State is set to embark on its inaugural season, having been established as a WNBA organization during the offseason.
The WNBA expansion franchise has a talented team that's been hand-picked, so the acquisition of Sellers always came with a difficult task for the former Maryland star.
A few of the Valkyries' biggest stars are Kate Martin, Julie Vanloo and Stephanie Talbot.
The Atlanta Dream seemed to be intrigued with Sellers as a prospect, but her short stint didn't work out in the Maryland product's favor.
In her last season with the Maryland Terrapins, Sellers posted 14.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game.
During her four-year career at Maryland, Sellers averaged 12.9 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game.
She was widely regarded as one of the best prospects out of the Big Ten.
