WNBA star debuts signature shoe on NBA 2K26 cover

WNBA star Angel Reese is rocking her own signature shoe.

On Wednesday, the Chicago Sky forward and Reebok shared a first look at her highly anticipated basketball sneaker, the Angel Reese 1.

Reese shows off the "Diamond Dust" sneakers on the NBA 2K26 WNBA Edition cover. Her signature shoe collaboration with Reebok is just the latest milestone for the star.

“Just a kid from Baltimore, turning dreams into reality and hoping I can inspire young women and men everywhere to do the same,” Reese wrote on X about the news. “The most brilliant diamonds take pressure, polish, and time. Reebok is back — and the diamonds are shining brighter than ever.”

Reebok's Angel Reese 1 is her first signature shoe. Reese is the 14th WNBA player to have one.

Reese, who leads the WNBA in rebounds, was selected to the 2025 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game in Indianapolis. Her second All-Star selection came after becoming the fourth rookie in Sky history to be named to the team in 2024.

Reese became the first player in league history to record four straight games with at least 15+ rebounds from June 22-29. On June 15, Reese had her first career triple-double (11 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists) in a win over Connecticut. She became just the 19th player in league history and second youngest to achieve the feat.

Reese also is the lone WNBA player to average a double-double this season.

Reese burst onto the scene while leading LSU to a national championship in 2023. She was drafted seventh overall by the Chicago Sky in the 2024 WNBA Draft and quickly became a star in her debut season.

In 2024, Reese led the league in rebounds (13.1) and offensive rebounds per game (5.1) and set a WNBA season rookie record for the most rebounds (446).

Soon, basketball fans will be able to play as the two-time All-Star in NBA 2K26 WNBA Edition

“Being on the cover of NBA 2K26 and debuting my first-ever signature shoe with Reebok on that cover, the Angel Reese 1, is more than a milestone — it’s a statement,” Reese said in a news release, per USA Today. “It’s about representation and showing young girls they can be confident, bold, and take up space unapologetically.”
