Atlanta Dream forward Angel Reese is already making an early impression in The Big Peach.

The 23-year-old is fitting right in with her new team. The Chicago Sky traded her to Atlanta in exchange for first-round picks in 2027 and 2028.

In just two preseason games, the Dream fanbase has quickly embraced the Reese. Following an 83-72 loss to the Washington Mystics, the WNBA shared a postgame clip of the 6-foot-4 forward with fans.

The two-time All-Star signed autographs before heading back to the locker room. The league captured the heartwarming moment on Instagram.

"Settling right in Postgame in ATL with Angel Reese!" the caption read.

Reese played 11 minutes in her first loss with the Dream. She recorded 10 points on 3-of-7 shooting from the field, along with four rebounds and two steals. Lauren Betts led the Mystics with 17 points. Yet despite the loss, Dream fans are already looking forward to the 2026 season with Reese in tow.

Atlanta finished the 2025 season with a 30-14 record. Adding Reese gives head coach Karl Smesko a boost on both sides of the ball. The trade ranks among the biggest shockers of the WNBA offseason.

Reese arrives in Atlanta with an impressive resume. In two seasons with the Sky, she averaged 14.2 points and 12.9 rebounds per game. The two-time All-Star led the league in rebounding in both campaigns.

Aside from her on-court contributions, Reese is one of the biggest names in women's basketball. She has built her brand through multiple endorsements and partnerships. Her magnetic presence brings eyeballs to an already exciting Atlanta squad.

The Reese era in Atlanta officially begins May 9 against the Minnesota Lynx.
