Caitlin Clark , WNBA superstar, recently roasted her teammate, Lexie Hull, over her latest advertisement for a deodorant brand. Hull shared a video on her TikTok account where she endorses ‘Salt & Stone’ deodorant, remarking that despite being sweaty from her workout, she does not need to shower immediately since the deodorant keeps her smelling fresh throughout the day.
Clark, who has been known in the past to troll and mock her teammates in a loving and jovial manner, could be seen in the comments section, stating that Hull definitely smells “awful”. Clark and Hull are currently teammates in the WNBA’s Indiana Fever and share some great camaraderie both on and off the court.
“Say hello my new favorite deodorant! @SALT & STONE has the perfect Bergamot scent, keeping me fresh all day. Have you tried it yet?” Lexie Hull wrote in her post, sharing a video clip of herself endorsing the deodorant brand.
“No you don’t you smell awful.” Lexie Hull’s Indiana Fever teammate, Caitlin Clark, commented on the TikTok video
Caitlin Clark and Lexie Hull have been enjoying plenty of fun together on the court as their Indiana Fever continues to stun in the ongoing WNBA season. As of now, the Fever is ranked third in the Eastern Conference with 15 wins and 12 defeats on the year.
On another note, Caitlin Clark fans will have to wait some more time to see their superstar on the court as the WNBA superstar has still not received the green flag to play. Clark is still struggling with her groin injury and has missed six games in a row until now. The 23-year-old guard injured her groin a couple of weeks back in a game against the Connecticut Sun. This is Clark’s second major injury of the season and the two benches have severely affected her stats.
Clark’s absence from the team’s roster has also affected the Indiana Fever’s record in this ongoing season. According to recent reports, Caitlin Clark will also definitely not play in the upcoming game against Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings.
Out of the 27 games that the Indiana Fever has played in this season, Caitlin Clark has already missed 14 of them, and there are still a few more to go. Clark’s sophomore season with the Fever is definitely not going according to plan, but the team has not lost hopes as the squad continues to be favorites to win the championship this year.
