Bayley defeated her former friend and Damage CTRL member Iyo Sky at WrestleMania XL. Shortly after, she entered a three-way feud with Naomi and the former NXT Women’s Champion. This rivalry culminated in a triple threat match at WWE Backlash, where Naomi and Bayley, despite their mutual respect, targeted the Blonde Bombshell. Ultimately, it was The Role Model who prevailed and retained her title.

That was until Stratton indirectly helped her friend Nia Jax defeat her at SummerSlam. The feud continued when Queen Jax defended her title against Mia Yim in a Street Fight on the latest episode of SmackDown. Stratton once again tried to help her friend, but Bayley came out and fended her off. After their intense rivalry, it will be intriguing to see who emerges victorious in their upcoming singles match.

The 35-year-old star had been absent since losing her title to Nia Jax at SummerSlam. She made her return by saving Mia Yim during a street fight and attacking the former NXT Women’s Champion. When The Buff Barbie sent a warning to her ahead of their match, Bayley also responded with a fitting reply on social media.

The former WWE Women’s Champion took to X and vowed to defeat her in the match. The Role Model further added that she was going to beat Stratton so badly that she would send her back to NXT. That being said, it wouldn’t be surprising if The Irresistible Force interrupts the match and ruins it for her arch-nemesis.

On the other hand, Stratton has attempted to cash in her MITB contract on her best friend multiple times but has either been caught or has backed down. After so many failed attempts, the current WWE Women’s Champion has started to doubt the 25-year-old star.
