Chelsea Green Teases Revival Of WWE's Total Divas In New Interview

"Every minute of every hour of every day, I think about Total Divas," Green said enthusiastically. “There are people in WWE, outside of WWE, even in Hollywood, who have been pushing for it for years.” While the series ended in 2019, Green insists the demand for its return hasn’t faded. In fact, she believes a relaunch is being discussed and could help usher in a new era of fan engagement—especially among women.

“Total Divas got 75% of the females in NXT there,” she claimed. Vulpis added, “That’s where everyone found wrestling. Families too. That’s what brought everyone together.”

Who Would Green Cast For The Next Total Divas?

Green, who’s become a standout character on WWE programming, called herself a fan girl and credits the show with helping her and many others fall in love with wrestling. She said she was obsessed with the Bellas and wants that kind of following for herself. “I think my goal is to always attract women to wrestling,” she added. “I don’t need you to love wrestling—I just love the fanbase that surrounded Total Divas.”

As for who she'd like to see in a revival, Green had a few names in mind: Maxxine Dupri and her are besties and she thinks they would be hilarious together. She also said that Tiffany Stratton should be in there, but warned that she’s nothing like her character. "She’s calm, down to earth… maybe even too normal for reality TV." She pegged Nia Jax as a definite cast member because she's an OG and she’s got "all the tea.” Green also said Nattie has to be there as an OG and someone who makes the WWE locker room go round. "And of course, Bianca would be amazing.”

Whether or not a Total Divas revival is in the cards remains to be seen, but with passionate voices like Chelsea Green leading the charge, it’s clear that interest—both inside and outside WWE—remains strong.
