College Football Rankings: CFN Final 2024 Opinion for Teams 76 to 100

What do you do with Florida State in the final college football rankings of 2024?

How about Maryland, and Purdue, and other power conference teams that had awful seasons, but were competitive at times and were probably better than their final numbers?

Ranking the teams from 76 to 100 was hard. Were some of these teams better than teams ranked higher, even though the records might not reflect it? Yeah, but ...

There was a whole lot of disappointment here mixed in with a few decent years from Group of Five programs. The CFN final rankings keep moving on with the teams from 76 to 100.
