One of the charges that WWE wrestler Liv Morgan (Gionna Daddio) was facing has been dropped. Morgan was arrested in Florida last month on charges of possession of a synthetic cannabinoid and possession of marijuana (20 grams or less). Court records show that the possession of a synthetic cannabinoid charge was changed to dropped/abandoned on January 2. The charge had been classified as a felony. Morgan's attorney Jack A. Goldberger issued the following statement to The Messenger: "We are extremely pleased that the State Attorney's office made the correct decision to not purse felony charges against Gionna." The possession of marijuana charge still remains and has been transferred to a misdemeanor court. Morgan's arrest happened on December 14 after being pulled over by a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy. The deputy claimed that Morgan's vehicle crossed over the yellow and white lines on the roadway “several times." The deputy detected the odor of marijuana after approaching Morgan's vehicle.
