JD McDonagh taken to hospital following WWE Raw match

An update on JD McDonagh following Raw. Bryan Alvarez is reporting that McDonagh was taken to the hospital following his match against The Viking Raiders on Monday’s show. Despite a notable spot involving McDonagh’s neck whiplashing against the announce table, the main concern appears to be McDonagh’s ribs. The spot involving McDonagh’s neck occurred during a World Tag Team title match involving McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio taking on champions The War Raiders. McDonagh went for a moonsault off the ring and landed on Erik, but in the process landed neck first on the announce table. He was checked on by doctors during a commercial break but waved them off. McDonagh continued to work the match, which eventually led to his and Mysterio’s loss after Mysterio was pinned with the War Machine, keeping the titles on the new champions. The War Raiders won the titles from Finn Balor and McDonagh on the December 16 edition of Raw. Since then, the Judgment Day had been looking to reclaim the titles. Source
