Beginning Tuesday, the Roku Channel will debut a brand-new talk show hosted by WWE great John Cena . The 47-year-old actor will go on a car ride with some of the most wealthy celebrities on the planet. In the four-episode series titled “What Drives You,” Cena will try to pick the brain of his guests and decipher the secrets to their success.
As one can see in the trailer clip posted by Cena on X, he’d interview Grammy-nominated country rap artist Jelly Roll , drummer Travis Barker , and WWE Superstars Logan Paul & The Miz. John noted that one can learn a lot about certain individuals from the cars they drive and the things they do.
The show’s format looks promising based on early reactions. For now, that seems like a side hustle for Cena and his wrestling fans. He has dedicated this year to WWE. A couple of weeks ago, the wrestler-turned-actor kicked off his WWE farewell tour. He’s reportedly lined up for about 35 to 40 appearances spanning throughout 2025.
You can learn a lot about people from the car they drive and the things they like to do. Cool cars and great conversation – can’t beat it. The first stop on that journey was the Netflix premiere of Raw. On the show, the Ricky Stanicky star declared his entry in the 30-man Royal Rumble match. It’d be the first he’s competed in since 2018. And by no means is he going to have it easy.
Apart from the 16-time World Champion, names like Roman Reigns , Seth Rollins, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Rey Mysterio , and more have also confirmed their participation. This time around, the competition is tough. As a result, fine margins will matter. One misstep, and that’d be enough to shatter WrestleMania dreams of these superstars. Cena has his back against the wall.
At TNA Genesis on Sunday, Joe Hendry ousted Nic Nemeth for the TNA Heavyweight Championship. He was on a self-described odyssey for months, and it had to pay off. This morning, the 36-year-old joined the Busted Open Radio podcast.
Upon being asked by Bull Ray about whom he’d like to put on notice, Hendry named John Cena. The Scottish grappler stated that anything could happen in this era, alluding to the groundbreaking WWE-TNA partnership. Joe also mentioned how Cena posted about it on his Instagram.
