Kevin Owens is still not sure what is happening with his neck injury, but hopes things will get figured out soon. This injury meant Owens sadly missed a planned match against Randy Orton at WWE WrestleMania 41 in April, as doctors did not okay him to wrestle after they found out he needed surgery.
Owens updated WWE fans on X (formerly Twitter) this past Sunday. The former WWE World Champion has been out for some time due to a bad neck injury he suffered earlier this year. He has not had the surgery yet.
Owens stated, "We don’t have a surgery date yet. I have not had surgery yet. Despite reports to the contrary, we’re still trying to figure out the best way to go about it all and exactly what needs to be done. So we’re kind of figuring that out still. So, there’s a lot of uncertainty, but hopefully, in the next few weeks, we get clarity, we do the surgery, and then we go from there."
Watch it.

In the same video, Owens also marked 10 years since his memorable WWE Monday Night Raw debut where he answered John Cena’s United States Championship open challenge. Owens said that match changed his whole career and he greatly thanked everyone who has supported him all these years.
WWE losing KO due to injury is a big hit to its roster as he has been used as a plug and play-type wrestler for years whenever WWE needs a big feud while trying to get someone over and Owens being a count-on guy for that role.
