For the past several months, The Vision have been attacking everyone in sight on Monday Night Raw. After removing Seth Rollins from the group, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and now Logan Paul have been a dominant force on Mondays. Add in the masked attacker, and it seems like no one is safe.
On the December 7 Raw, Rey Mysterio was going to have a match with Finn Balor. The match never happened due to an attack by Paul and the masked man. LA Knight came to Mysterio’s aid to help. He was being a good friend, but he didn’t know how bad his night was going to get.
Knight came out to defend a WWE Hall of Famer and the whole locker room. Everyone has been sick of the Vision going on rampages week after week. He has had enough, so he challenged Paul to a match.
It was a good match, with the expected Vision shenanigans making things more complicated for Knight to take control. Delivering a leaping elbow to a helpless Paul allowed him to do that. Breakker and Reed, as usual, were on the apron trying to help afterwards. The referee saw through their scheme and kicked them out.
As that was happening, Knight jumped through the ropes into Paul, who was on the outside. He was hitting him on the announcer’s table when the masked man showed up again. Delivering a stomp, he helped stop Knight’s momentum. Paul got him in the ring and pinned him.
Afterwards, the rest of the Vision came in and started beating him up. It seemed like that was it for the beatdown, but it wasn’t. Knight was shown backstage with referees pleading for him to stay down. Paul and Reed went there and started beating him up again, slamming him into crates and throwing him through a table. But they didn’t stop there, as they always want to deliver maximum destruction.
The two men set Knight on a car roof as they beat up security. Reed climbed up some boxes and delivered a devastating Tsunami. Right on cue, Adam Pearce and more referees showed up to help him out. Pearce started screaming for a medic, urgently wanting to remedy the situation.
The remedy was a neck brace and stretcher, which is the typical move for this type of injury. Knight was wheeled into an ambulance and taken away with a stressed Pearce looking on. Hopefully, he gets better soon and gets revenge on everyone in the faction. Unless some major punishment gets handed down, Knight is just the latest wrestler to fall victim to the Vision.
