One current WWE superstar has been heavily teased to appear at "Slammiversary 2025."
TNA Wrestling will have a presence in New York for its biggest show of the summer. "Slammiversary" will be held inside UBS Arena on Sunday. The show will feature a triple threat match for the TNA World Championship. Titleholder Trick Williams will put his gold at stake against Joe Hendry and Mike Santana.
While many are expecting surprises for the pay-per-view, TNA Wrestling has dropped a significant tease. The company posted a video on X showing the entrance jacket of WWE "Raw" veteran AJ Styles.

There was a time period when Styles was considered to be the face of TNA Wrestling. He started working for the company during its inception in 2002. He remained a vital part of the promotion's growth until his exit in 2014. During his time in TNA Wrestling, Styles became a three-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion, a two-time TNA World Champion, and a six-time TNA X Division Champion.
Styles ended up signing with NJPW, where he reinvented himself as the top heel of the promotion. He also returned to Ring of Honor before signing with WWE in 2016. He remains a key player on WWE TV. Styles is expected to challenge Dominik Mysterio for the WWE Intercontinental Championship when the titleholder is medically cleared to perform in the ring.
As far as "Slammiversary" is concerned, there is no word on what could be in store for "The Phenomenal One." Several reports have claimed that TNA Wrestling is hoping to get Styles back in the ring for their promotion, which isn't far-fetched given the company's current relationship with WWE.
