  • Naomi announced she is pregnant during Monday Night Raw.
  • She expressed frustration about relinquishing the title again.
  • Naomi vowed to return and take her title back after delivering the baby.

Naomi addressed the WWE Universe during Monday Night Raw, one week after not being medically cleared to wrestle. It wasn't clear why she couldn't compete, but the expectation was that she would answer that on Raw.

Naomi And Jimmy Uso Announce She Is Pregnant

Naomi took the ring later in the evening. GM Adam Pearce gave her the mic to address the WWE fans. She asked fans to direct their attention to the screen, and they showed footage of Naomi and Jimmy Uso on "What's Your Story" with Steph McMahon. Jimmy said, "We all need you to proceed with caution, because there is a baby on board." Steph wanted to hear the words from Naomi's mouth, and she did confirm she is pregnant.

Pearce took back the mic and said he was speaking for everyone in the building when he said that everyone is so happy for you. Naomi got upset and said, "I bet you're happy." She added, "This isn't the first time I've had to relinquish the title." She added, "I ain't giving you sh--."

She told Pearce to get out of her ring and "...get to steppin'" as she said her hormones were trippin' and laughed. She told all the women in the locker room they should be thanking one person. That person was Jimmy, who got her pregnant, and now she wouldn't get the chance to run through the rest of the roster and "walk everyone like a dog" all year long. "But thanks to big Jim, he's likes to Netflix and chill, if you know what I mean."

Fans started chanting, "You deserve it!" Naomi responded, "On the bright side, I guess the Bloodline continues, baby!"

Naomi Vowed She Was Coming Back To Take Her Title

"So here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to lay my title down." She added, "I'm going to leave my title here, and I'm going to give you nine months and change to do whatever you need to do with this title. Even if I have to come back with my baby, breastfeeding in my arms... Whoever holds that title when I get back, I advise you to proceed with caution."

Michael Cole congratulated Naomi and Jimmy Uso. Corey Graves said there was no better reason to have to relinquish her title than a brand-new baby. Cole then said it would be figured out where Stephanie Vaquer fit into everything.

The title scene in WWE has certainly changed with Naomi no longer the Women's Champion. It will be fascinating to see how WWE deals with the unexpected, but terrific turn.
