Nikki Bella Is Not Happy About The Way She Looks In WWE 2K25

Nikki Bella was added to WWE 2K25 last week, marking a return to the video game series for the Hall of Famer after she was left on the virtual bench for WWE 2K24. While I'm sure Bella appreciates being included on the roster, she's not all that happy with the way she looks, backing her fans and requesting 2K update her in-game model.

The Bellas Mock Nikki's New Look In WWE 2K25

Bella was added to the game along with Goldberg last week, on the same day that 2K25's Attitude Era pack dropped. 2K shared an early look at Bella in the game, to which the former Divas Champion replied, thanking the developers. However, she added that "we need to update this look ASAP, "if not for me, for my Bella Army".

As for what exactly about Bella's in-game model the wrestler doesn't like, she and her wrestling sister Brie broke it down on the latest episode of the Nikki & Brie Show. Brie got things started with an anecdote about her son Buddy cutting his own hair. Brie claims that "Buddy cut his bangs better" than whoever was in charge of designing her sister Nikki for her 2K return.

2K Might Not Have An Up-To-Date Model Of Nikki To Work With

Brie added that Nikki hasn't had a bob since 2020, suggesting that the studio simply reused the in-game model they've had on file for the last half a decade. If Nikki wasn't scanned for the latest installment of WWE 2K, which sounds like it might be the case, then it's likely, if not certain, that an older Nikki model has been used for her look in WWE 2K25.

The Bellas didn't stop there. "I didn’t even look like a female fully," Nikki said, adding that she looks like she "was left in the field for years." If the model used is one from five years ago, then that might have a grain of truth to it. Brie went as far as to say she tried to stay positive and, when she first saw Nikki's in-game look, assumed someone was "f**king with her".

That's not what's happening here, nor is this the first example of a wrestler speaking outwardly about his disappointed they are with how 2K has made them look in one of its WWE games. Bayley joined fans demanding a redo for her in-game look in WWE 2K24 following what was a particularly poor take on how The Hugger looks in real life. Now it's Nikki's turn, but whether she might have to wait until WWE 2K26 to see any improvements made on how she looks in a video game.
