Nikkita Lyons appears in crowd on WWE NXT

Nikkita Lyons is almost ready to return to action. After showing a video of Lyons training on social media, she was seen in the crowd on Tuesday’s NXT. Commentary noted that she was nearing a return to in-ring action. Lyons has been out of action since undergoing surgery for a torn ACL and torn meniscus back in January. Her last match took place on the Level Up that aired on January 17, defeating Jakara Jackson. In storyline, Lyons was written out after being laid out backstage by a mystery attacker who had also attacked the likes of Wendy Choo, Dani Palmer, and Sol Ruca. It was eventually revealed that the person attacking people backstage was none other than Blair Davenport, who has since qualified for the Iron Survivor Challenge match at NXT Deadline on December 9. Previous to her ACL injury, Lyons had suffered a MCL tear and sprain back in May of 2022. She signed with WWE in late 2021 and started to appear on TV the following year.
