Seth Rollins seriously had the odds stacked against him at Clash in Paris. Not only because he had to defend his World Title against three Superstars at the same time, but also because the rest of his faction, The Vision, that usually lends him a hand, was not in the building. Lucky for Rollins, that group now appears to have a fourth member, and that member is the World Champion's own wife, Becky Lynch.
CM Punk was moments away from hitting Rollins with a GTS, likely winning with the move and getting some revenge for what Rollins did to him at SummerSlam. A masked intruder put a stop to that by hitting the unsuspecting Punk with a low blow. After hitting the move, the assailant removed their mask, revealing themselves to be Lynch.

With LA Knight and Jey Uso still out for the count elsewhere after what was a grueling and pretty entertaining match, all Lynch needed to do to open the door for her husband to remain champion was take out Punk, and that's what she did. It hasn't been confirmed, but with fans suggesting The Vision needed a new member, Lynch appears to be exactly that.
As for the whereabouts of the rest of the group, they were all sent out of the arena after the PLE's opening match. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed dismantled Roman Reigns to the point that we likely won't see him again for months. Their punishment for that was to be banished, threatened with suspensions if they returned to help Rollins in the main event.
Even Paul Heyman was nowhere to be seen, as before he was beaten to a pulp, Reigns choked out his former Wiseman, a move that sent Heyman straight to the nearest medical facility. With everyone else gone and Rollins' title reign in jeopardy, The Visionary needed someone to step up, and lucky for him, his wife was on hand after beating Nikki Bella earlier in the show.
The second Lynch removed the mask, fans started to fantasy book what might happen next. With Punk and Rollins still at each other's throats, a mixed tag match could be on the cards. Lynch and Rollins versus Punk and a female wrestler of his choosing. While that wrestler could be Roxanne Perez, someone Punk gets on well with despite Perez hitting him with her finisher the other day, there's only one person fans want to see Punk team with in this scenario, and it's someone who hasn't wrestled anywhere, let alone WWE, for a decade.
