Solo Sikoa on Paul Heyman's Mentorship and WWE Journey

If wrestlers need help to get over or want a little more for their career, Paul Heyman is a good person to have behind their back. He is a one-of-a-kind manager and has been doing it for decades. Sikoa has only been on the WWE main roster for three years, so finding a veteran in the business like Heyman was a godsend. Sikoa learned while in the Bloodline that when Roman Reigns was the leader, Heyman wasn’t just Roman Reigns’ wiseman, but he was there to help him, too. Behind the scenes, the Wiseman helped him with promos and other stuff. He said:

"Oh man, The Wiseman helped me so much. I learned so much from him. Not just when it was me and him but when it was Roman, too. He would always be giving me advice and helping me out with everything. We would get backstage after a match or a promo or whatever, and he would be there for me, all the time just letting me know what to do, how to do it. It could be things you wouldn't even think about. He was so important for me that whole time and I'll never forget that."

Once Reigns got kicked out of the Bloodline, Sikoa took over the stable, and for a little bit, Heyman was forced to be his wiseman. Things changed once Reigns defeated him in a Tribal Combat match to become the real Tribal Chief. The match happened during the premiere of WWE RAW on Netflix. Heyman would later go to Seth Rollins' side and betray both Reigns and CM Punk at WrestleMania 41.

Solo Sikoa Is Now Feuding With Jacob Fatu

Not long after Sikoa lost to Reigns, Sikoa and one of his most loyal family members, Jacob Fatu, had a falling out. While their relationship started to crack in February, things really went south in June. Jacob Fatu betrayed Sikoa at the Money in the Bank PLE. He was close to getting the Money in the Bank briefcase, but Fatu decided to put Solo through a ladder, and that led Seth Rollins to get the briefcase.

Sikoa is currently the WWE United States Champion. He won the title at Night of Champions by defeating Fatu. He successfully defended the title against him at SummerSlam.

Fatu still has Talla Tonga, Tonga Loa, and JC Mateo on his side. All three ended up helping him win his title match at SummerSlam. Tama Tonga is also in the group, but he’s currently out with an injury. As of this writing, neither Solo nor Jacob have been added to the card for the next WWE PLE, Clash in Paris, but there is still time.
