Friday’s TNA “Sacrifice 2026” pay-per-view event was held in the Alario Center in Westwego. Mike Santana put the TNA World Championship at stake against Steve Maclin. Arianna Grace defended the TNA Knockouts World Championship against Dani Luna and Lei Ying Lee in a three-way match. Plus, Moose took on his ex-System stablemate Eddie Edwards.
Eric Young initially believed he had ambushed Leon Slater during his entrance. It ended up being a decoy. Slater hit Young with Big Play Slater immediately. Slater hit a Swanton Bomb on the challenger for a near fall. The champion hit 10 punches in the corner and followed up with a monkey flip. Slater connected with a handspring elbow. Young was pelted with a hard chop in the corner. Young was then knocked off the ring apron. Young sent Slater crashing into the ring steps to gain some momentum.
Back in the ring, Slater went for the Styles Clash, but Young bit the champion’s ankle. The challenger then hit a Styles Clash of his own for a two-count. Young went high-risk, but Slater cut him off. Young ended up hitting the Young Blood neckbreaker for a near fall.
Young hit a thumb to the eye, followed by a rolling lariat. Slater rolled up Young for a close two-count. Slater hit a spinning suplex for a near fall. The champion wanted a Swanton 450, but Young got out of the way and hit a Death Valley Driver for a two-count.
Young was gaining momentum, but Slater hit a Blue Thunder Bomb. The action spilled to the ring apron. The champion hit a super kick. He went high-risk, but Young raked the eyes and landed a piledriver on the apron. Young went for a super piledriver, but Slater hit a back body drop counter.
Slater hit a sunset flip Styles Clash. He then landed the Swanton 450 to retain his title.

Mike Santana was interviewed backstage. He said Steve Maclin is manipulative. Santana said the TNA World Championship represents sacrifice. Santana said he gave Maclin fair warning, but now it’s go time.
The Hometown Man teed off with punches on Frankie Kazarian. Elijah was tagged in, and he landed a double axe handle. Elijah hit a leaping clothesline on the former TNA World Champion. He grabbed Kazarian’s arm and walked the top rope. The Hometown Man did the same to AJ Francis before the two landed double axe handles. Elijah then dove on Kazarian and Francis.
Francis tripped The Hometown Man, allowing Kazarian to target the neck of the masked star. Francis was tagged in, and he landed a right hand. He followed up with Tennessee Whiskey. The Hometown Man hit a DDT on Francis before making the tag to Elijah.
Kazarian was pelted with a back elbow and an inverted atomic drop. Elijah then hit a big boot. Eventually, Kazarian hit a leg drop and went for a cradle pin. Elijah fought out of the chicken wing. Francis made a blind tag, but he ran into the turnbuckle. Elijah hit an electric chair drop into a sitdown powerbomb on Francis for a near fall. Elijah went for another walk on the top rope, but Francis countered with an Alabama Slam. He then connected with the TFL for a two-count.
Francis got fed up and grabbed Elijah’s guitar. He was cut off before Kazarian was knocked off the ring apron. Elijah thought about hitting Francis with the guitar before Kazarian destroyed the instrument. Francis hit Down Payment on The Hometown Man on the apron. Back in the ring, Kazarian wiped out The Hometown Man with Fade to Black for the win.

Tommy Dreamer and TNA president Carlos Silva introduced Chris Bey. Bey then announced that Ricky Sosa has signed a deal with TNA Wrestling. Sosa made his way out to express gratitude to Silva and Dreamer for the opportunity.

Tessa Blanchard, Mila Moore, and Victoria Crawford were backstage gloating about their win on the preshow when Moore noticed the White Rabbit walking off. Moore was intrigued by what was going on and followed the rabbit. She was approached by Havok and let out a scream.
Dani Luna attacked Lei Ying Lee right away. Arianna Grace went for a quick pin, but Luna didn’t budge. Lee hit a shotgun dropkick on Luna in the corner. Luna planted Grace and Lee with a German suplex. Grace hit a forearm lariat on Lee for a near fall.
Grace tried playing tough with Luna, but she ate a forearm for her efforts. Lee went for a small package, but she couldn’t get the pinfall. Luna responded with a big boot. Grace had a submission hold on Lee, but she was shoved off. Luna was nailed with Thunder Struck, but Grace landed a pump kick.
Luna was dropped with a spinning neckbreaker from Lee. She later scored a Blue Thunder Bomb on Lee for a near fall. Grace hit a DDT on Luna for a two-count. The champion went high-risk, but Luna cut her off. Stacks tried interfering, but Lee kicked him off the apron. Lee then landed a tower of doom superplex. Another distraction from Stacks led to Brookside getting wiped out by Grace. Lee hit Warrior’s Way on Luna, but Stack’s interference led to Grace scoring the pinfall.

Allie approached Mara Sade backstage. Sade was led to a suspicious red room where Rosemary was waiting. Rosemary said her job is to protect Sade, who said she’s willing to talk after handling business.

Trey Miguel hit a hurricanrana on Mustafa Ali right away. Ali went for one of his own, but Miguel landed on his feet. Jada Stone and Tasha Steelz were tagged in. Things got out of hand between the two before Miguel and Ali intervened.
Eventually, Stone wanted a piece of Ali. She got the tag and the two tied up. Stone spiked Ali with a DDT, followed by a top rope hurricanrana. Steelz was dumped outside of the ring. Stone went for a dive, but The Great Hands got in the way. Miguel ended up taking out Jason Hotch and John Skyler. Steelz launched Stone into Ali, who hit a draping DDT outside of the ring. Miguel got the tag and hit Shell Shock on Ali. Steelz started getting some offense in on Miguel before being hit with a backbreaker. Ali knocked Stone off the apron and hit Down With The Devil on Miguel on the apron.
Steelz hit a splash on Miguel in the ring for a near fall. Ali and Steelz hit a cutter combo on Miguel for a two-count. Miguel rebounded with a top rope meteora on Ali. Stone and Steelz were tagged back in. Stone landed a split-legged moonsault for a near fall. Stone planted Ali with a destroyer. Ali looked for a Razor’s Edge off the top turnbuckle, but Stone countered into a super hurricanrana. Stone then landed a twisted moonsault for a two-count.
The Great Hands zip-tied Miguel to the bottom rope while Steelz was distracting the referee. Ali took advantage by hitting a 450 Splash on Stone for the win.

Arianna Grace and Stacks were confronted by Lei Ling Lee and Xia Brooskide. Grace mentioned Brookside’s father before Santino Marella intervened. Marella booked Grace vs. Brookside for the TNA Knockouts World Championship on “iMPACT.”
Before the match, Eddie Edwards confronted his wife, Alisha. Edwards grabbed a kendo stick before the bell rang. Moose steamrolled Edwards right away, but Special Agent Zero from Order 4 clobbered Moose. Alisha grabbed hold of Moose, but Edwards shoved her away.
TNA security intervened, and the match was thrown out. Moose won the match via disqualification.

Steve Maclin had a backstage promo, and he vowed to take everything away from Mike Santana. He said he will take all the sacrifices Santana made away from him to become the new TNA World Champion.
Elayna Black swung a kendo stick at the back of Mara Sade outside of the ring. Sade rebounded by leaping off the ring steps to land a dropkick as Black grabbed a stop sign. Black sprayed a fire extinguisher at Sade. She teased grabbing a table but shoved it back under the ring apron to taunt the crowd.
Sade hit Black several times with her baseball bat. She placed Black on a seated chair and landed a springboard crossbody. Black pulled out a bag full of thumbtacks, but Sade hit a back body drop to send her onto the tacks. She then doubled down by giving her a scoop slam onto the tacks. Sade finished the match with a moonsault.
Winner: Mara Sade
Jeff Hardy and Brian Myers got the match started. Hardy took down Myers with a scoop slam before tagging in Vincent. The two hit Poetry in Motion on Myers. They then had one for Alexander. Hardy and Vicent then took out both of their opponents with dives off the ring apron.
Vincent went high risk, but Myers knocked him off the top turnbuckle. Vincent made the tag to Hardy, who ran wild on Alexander and Myers. He delivered an elbow drop to Alexander for a two-count. Hardy went for the Twist of Fate, but Myers nailed him with a spear. Alexander hit a driver on Hardy for a near fall.
Hardy went for a Swanton Bomb on Alexander, but the cameras cut to a bloodied Matt Hardy, who was taken out by Dutch. The Righteous officially turned on The Hardys. Myers hit the Roster Cut on Hardy. Alexander then scored the Lumbar Check for the win.

Winners: Cedric Alexander and Brian Myers
The Elegance Brand hit the ring without Ash by Elegance. M grabbed the mic and said Ash is still “bedridden” because fans keep calling her a “mark.” M warned ODB to stay away from TNA, or they will file a lawsuit. Of course, ODB interrupted the promo.
Heather reminded ODB that she is outnumbered. ODB said she has a good friend in New Orleans, and she is Taryn Terrell. Terrell said The Elegance Brand has been talking trash on social media.
Mr. Elegance got brave and said there is still a numbers disadvantage. Mickie James’ music hit, and suddenly The Elegance Brand were concerned. James, Terrell, and ODB wiped out The Elegance Brand in the ring. Mr. Elegance was left alone in the ring, and James delivered a low blow. ODB then dumped Mr. Elegance out of the ring.

The two quickly tied up with neither man gaining an advantage. They had a shoulder block battle before things broke down and the two exchanged strikes. Santana popped Maclin with a super kick. The referee called for the TNA medical staff for Maclin. Eddie Edwards jumped Santana out of nowhere and slammed him on the ring apron.
Edwards was slammed on the floor with a back body drop. Santana set up a table, but Edwards raked the champion’s eyes. Santana took out Edwards with Spin The Block. Santana placed Edwards on the table and splashed him through the table.
Santana was then declared the winner by a no-contest.
