One of TNA’s biggest pay-per-view events of the year has concluded. TNA “Slammiversary 2026” featured a TNA World Championship match between titleholder Mike Santana and Nic Nemeth . An Ultimate X match with the TNA X Division Championship at stake was also on display, along with a four-way TNA World Tag Team Championship ladder match.
Prior to the cold open for TNA “Slammiversary 2026,” members of the roster made their way out for a special tribute to the late Joe Doering.

Ultimate X Match: Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Leon Slater vs. Amazing Red vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. KC Navarro vs. Fabian Aichner vs. Mr. Elegance w/The Personal Concierge
All participants brawled as soon as the bell rang. Leon Slater dove on Cedric Alexander outside of the ring. KC Navarro looked for a dive of his own, but he got caught before Fabian Aichner dove on the field. Amazing Red prevented Frankie Kazarian from grabbing the TNA X Division Championship. He then hit a suicide senton.
Alexander caught Red in a Michinoku Driver. Slater popped Navarro with an enzuigiri. He went for a handspring back elbow, but Navarro dodged before hitting the 305. Navarro went for the 305 again, but Slater caught him this time. Slater launched Navarro into Aichner, but Navarro turned it into a midair DDT.
Mr. Elegance speared Slater outside of the ring before tossing Navarro into the steel. Kazarian, Alexander, Aichner, and Red all scaled Ultimate X. Alexander was the first to drop, and he pulled Aichner down. Red and Kazarian lost their balance and did battle at the center of the ring.
Kazarian planted Red with a flatliner. Mr. Elegance moved towards the title, but Navarro brought him down and hit Blessing in Disguise. Red nailed Navarro with a tornado DDT followed by Code Red. He then had another for Kazarian. Slater was sent stomach-first to the mat off a super Code Red. Alexander suplexed Red onto the apron. With Kazarian hanging atop Ultimate X, Aichner took him down with a springboard crossbody.
Everyone in the match fought in the corner. Aichner, Red, and Navarro found themselves in electric chair positions. Slater landed a super blockbuster on Aichner and Navarro to take advantage. He then scaled Ultimate X along with Red. The two unhooked the belt, but Alexander snatched the title to retain.

After the match, Frankie Kazarian grabbed the mic and gave Amazing Red his flowers. He said no one has influenced wrestling locker rooms more than Red. He said he respects Red forever. A special tribute to Red then aired. TNA announced Red will be inducted into the promotion’s Hall of Fame at “Bound for Glory.”

Elijah sent AJ Francis into the ring apron early on. Expressions distracted Elijah, allowing Francis to capitalize. Elijah was then popped by Tennessee Whiskey. Francis went for a powerbomb, but Elijah countered with an Alabama Slam.
Francis was dropped with a stunner, but he got his shoulder up before the count of three. Elijah went high-risk, but Francis caught him with TFL. Elijah went for the Drifter Destroyer, but Francis hit an Alabama Slam of his own. He then landed a moonsault on his opponent.
Elijah planted Francis with a piledriver, but he couldn’t get the three-count. Expressions got in the ring with a guitar. Expressions got blasted by a guitar shot. Francis turned a roll-up into a powerbomb and Styles Clash for a nearfall. Elijah’s second attempt at the Drifter Destroyer connected, and he pinned Francis to reclaim his intellectual property.
Winner: Elijah
Mike Santana spoke to Gia Miller backstage. Miller asked Santana where his head is after Nic Nemeth made things personal this past Thursday. Santana said he has bled for TNA since he first entered the company in 2017. He vowed to put his heart and soul into the main event.
Heather and M were accompanied by Ash and The Personal Concierge. M and Rosemary got the match started. Rosemary twisted M’s fingers and rained down punches. Allie was tagged in, and Rosemary slammed her partner onto M. Heather got the tag in, but she ended up being choked in the corner. Ash got involved when the referee wasn’t looking, allowing M to blindside Allie.
M was tagged in and she delivered a basement dropkick to the back of Allie. M was dropped by a twisting neckbreaker. Ash got on the apron again, and Rosemary was yanked off the apron. Ash tagged back in and hit a DDT on Allie in the corner. M went Toast to Toast on Allie for a two-count.
Rosemary and Heather were the legal competitors. “The Demon Assassin” hit a sling blade. She then landed an exploder suplex on Heather. M made a blind tag and delivered a superkick. Heather hit a moonsault and M followed up with one of her own, but Allie broke up the pin attempt. Ash interfered yet again and hid behind The Personal Concierge. Rosemary spat poison mist on The Personal Concierge. Back in the ring, Heather and M went for Nip and Tuck, but Heather accidentally hit a double foot stomp on M.
Allie landed a Codebreaker on Heather, and Rosemary followed up with a reverse DDT. We have new TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions.

Winners and New TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions: Rosemary and Allie
Uhaa Nation lifted Mustafa Ali up and dumped him out of the ring. Nation caught Rich Swann with a dropkick. Swann landed a spin kick upstairs. The action spilled to the ring apron. Swann leaped off the apron and landed a hurricanrana on Ali. Nation then wiped out Swann with a moonsault.
Back in the ring, Nation lifted Swann for a suplex, but Ali was perched on the second rope and caught Swann. He landed a Styles Clash, driving Swann’s body onto Nation. Swann went for a handspring cutter, but Ali countered into a powerbomb. Nation hit a double powerbomb on Ali, but Swann disrupted the pin attempt.
Nation charged at Swann outside of the ring, but he ran into the ring steps. Swann landed a reverse headscissors on Ali off the apron. Back in the ring, Swann hit a 450 splash on Nation for a near fall. Nation responded with German suplexes for Swann and Ali.
Swann used Nation’s body for leverage to land a tornado DDT on Ali. Swann hit a frog splash on Ali, who bridged out of the pin. Swann went high-risk again, but Nation cut him off. Nation then connected with a superplex. Nation went for a powerbomb, but Tasha Steelz got on the apron.
Special Agent Zero made his way out, allowing Ali to hit a suicide dive. Agent Zero slammed the steel steps onto Nation. Swann got out of the way of a 450 splash attempt. He looked for a handspring move, but Ali reversed with a bridge pin for the victory.

Eddie Edwards immediately went after Moose, but he was powerbombed onto the ring apron. Moose then landed a powerbomb into the ring post. Moose went for another powerbomb, but Edwards landed a back body drop right onto the ring steps. Edwards mocked Moose’s wife and son, who were at ringside.
Edwards was slammed down by a uranage, followed by a senton. Moose then delivered a clothesline to send his opponent back out of the ring. He pulled out a table, but Edwards hit a baseball slide. Moose was then sent crashing into the ring post.
Moose and Edwards got in a chop battle in the ring. Moose landed a headbutt, but Edwards responded with a clothesline. Edwards landed the Boston Knee Party. He then wrapped a chain around his knee and looked for another Boston Knee Party, but he got caught in a powerbomb.
The table was set up in the corner. Moose went for a spear, but Edwards blocked it and landed multiple knee strikes with the chain still wrapped. He then delivered a superkick. Edwards tied Moose to the middle rope and delivered kendo stick shots.
JDC considered throwing in the towel, but he spat at Edwards instead. Moose’s wife grabbed the towel herself and was going to throw it in. Edwards grabbed Moose’s wife and slammed her down to the ground. Moose’s son then checked on her. Edwards dragged Moose’s son into the ring.
Moose’s son nailed Edwards with a low blow. Moose’s wife then slapped Alisha. Moose broke free from the zip ties and hit Edwards with two spears. He wrapped the chain over his body and hit a third spear. Edwards was bleeding from the mouth before Alisha threw in the towel.
Winner: Moose
After the match, JDC hit a stunner on Eddie Edwards. Moose then speared both Alisha and Edwards through the table in the corner. Moose celebrated with JDC and his family.

Xia Brookside slapped Lei Ying Lee early on and ate several punches for her efforts. Lee took Brookside down with a sweep and then connected with a knee strike. The challenger was sent crashing to the mat off a dropkick.
Brookside turned things around when she sent Lee’s leg crashing into the ring post. She once again slammed the injured left leg into the post and then onto the ring apron. She wrapped Lee’s leg over the bottom rope and connected with a dropkick. Lee fired back with multiple headbutts. The challenger kicked the champion’s left leg. Lee caught Brookside in a single-leg Boston Crab before Brookside fought out of it. Brookside went down off two kicks, but Lee was selling the damaged leg.
The champion landed 10 punches in the corner before landing a fisherman buster suplex. Brookside went for the Brooksy Bomb, but she couldn’t get it. Lee landed a powerbomb, but Brookside ripped off the top turnbuckle cover.
Lee went high-risk, but Brookside sent her crashing into the exposed steel. She then landed Darkside for the victory.

Winner and new TNA Knockouts World Champion: Xia Brookside
Ladder Match: The System (c) vs. The Hardys vs. The Righteous vs. The Great Hands – for the TNA World Tag Team Championship
Matt Hardy and Vincent of The Righteous were fighting on the ladder before The Hardys grabbed tables from under the ring. The Great Hands cut off Matt and Jeff Hardy. John Skyler and Jason Hotch used the ring steps to blast Jeff. Brian Myers and Bear Bronson took out The Great Hands and stacked one table onto the two that had been set up.
The Righteous grabbed a fourth table and stacked that one as well. Bronson put a ladder on The Great Hands and landed a senton. Meanwhile, The Righteous grabbed a ladder straight from the Wicked Garden and placed it in the ring. The Righteous drove Bronson into the barbed wire-wrapped ladder.
Bronson was placed on the Wicked Garden barbed wire and Vincent delivered a Swanton Bomb. Vincent then constantly slammed the ladder onto Bronson. Myers hit a spear on Vincent to save his partner.
Myers and Vincent fought at the top of the ladder. Vincent shoved a poisonous flower in Myers’ mouth. Bronson planted VIncent right onto the Wicked Garden ladder with Bear Down. Dutch and Bronson went crashing through the stacked tables outside of the ring.
The Great Hands prevented The Hardys from climbing the ladder. Skyler and Hotch reached up, but The Hardys cut them off. With The Great Hands placed on a ladder, Jeff climbed up the Wicked Garden ladder and hit the Swanton Bomb. The Hardys then climbed the ladder and retrieved the TNA World Tag Team Championship.

Winners and new TNA World Tag Team Champions: The Hardys
A video of Mike Santana aired where he recapped the legacy of Konnan. It was revealed that Konnan will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame class of 2026 at “Bound For Glory.”
Mike Santana hit a shoulder block early on, forcing Nic Nemeth to retreat. Nemeth continued running from Santana to play mind games. The challenger got popped by a big boot. Santana then dove onto Nemeth outside of the ring. The champion rammed Nemeth into the time keeper’s area.
Ryan Nemeth made his way to the ring. Ryan was ejected, but Nic clocked Santana with his Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy. Santana was busted open and Nemeth targeted the wound. Nemeth delivered several elbow drops before applying a sleeper hold. Santana got out of the hold by slamming his opponent to the mat.
Santana landed a boot to the side of Nemeth’s head. He then hit the Rolling Buck FIfty for a near fall. Nemeth got caught in a Death Valley Driver. The champion looked for Spin The Block, but he ate a flush superkick. Santana was planted by Danger Zone, but he kicked out.
Nemeth hit another superkick, but Santana dropped him with Spin The Block for a close two-count. Santana measured Nemeth for another Spin The Block, but Nemeth cut him off with another kick. Santana kicked out at one and hit his own superkick. Santana went for Spin The Block, but he faded due to the blood loss. Nemeth hit a second Danger Zone for the win.
