Thursday’s episode of TNA “iMPACT” featured the fallout of Steve Maclin being reinstated after initially being fired from the company after his Feast or Fired briefcase led to a pink slip. Maclin was forced to apologize for attacking his former friend Tom Hannifan as a condition for his rehiring. Plus, Moose collided with Cedric Alexander in an Atlanta street fight, and Ricky Sosa made his “iMPACT” debut.
The Elegance Brand was interviewed by Gia Miller. The Personal Concierge was none too pleased about ODB ambushing Heather and Ash last week. Goldy Locks appeared and scolded The Elegance Brand for disrespecting legends of the Knockouts division.

The Hardys thanked The Righteous backstage for having their back. Vincent said The Hardys gave Sinner and Saint growth. Matt Hardy said it was their job. Vincent warned The Hardys that The System would do everything it could to get tag-team gold. The Righteous said they consider The Hardys family. Nic and Ryan Nemeth intervened. They revealed they are inserting themselves into the tag-team title scene. Vincent said The Nemeths are making a mistake.
The action quickly spilled to the outside. The Great Hands lifted Trey Miguel up and slammed him onto the ring apron. Back in the ring, Mustafa Ali and Jason Hotch hit double rolling neckbreakers on BDE. Hotch ended up getting planted by a DDT from BDE.
Miguel and BDE hit stereo suicide dives on The Great Hands. Back in the ring, Swann hit a big frog splash on Ali for a near fall. Ali raked the eyes of Swann before Miguel got the tag. Miguel hit a double stomp to the back of John Skyler’s neck. Tasha Steelz got on the ring apron before Jada Stone chased her away. Stone dove onto Steelz off the stage. BDE hit the Clip Cutter on Skyler. He went for a springboard crossbody, but Hotch countered into a backbreaker.
Miguel delivered a German suplex to Hotch, followed by a sliding suicide destroyer. Ali then wiped out Miguel with a suicide dive. Swann kicked Ali, but Skyler speared Swann on the apron. Back in the ring, Miguel landed Shell Shock on Skyler, followed by Lightning Spiral for the win.

Arianna Grace was venting to Stacks about Indi Hartwell’s promo earlier. Stacks told Grace that she should expect challengers. He then had a plan for Grace to ambush Hartwell. Stacks approached Hartwell before Grace struck her with a belt shot. Santino Marella tossed Stacks out of the arena.

Matt Hardy and Travis Williams tied up to begin the match. Hardy drove Williams into the turnbuckles before tagging Jeff in. Jeff delivered an elbow to the arm of Williams. The Hardys nailed Williams with Poetry in Motion. Judas Icarus provided an assist by launching Williams into Matt. Icarus was tagged in, and he targeted the arm of Matt. Jeff was back in, and he hit a basement dropkick. Icarus avoided a Twist of Fate and later connected with a frog splash.
Icarus ran into a Side Effect from Matt. Jeff looked for a Swanton Bomb, but Williams pulled Matt out of the ring. Icarus tripped Jeff off the turnbuckle. He went for another frog splash, but Jeft got out of the way. Icarus got caught in Spinal Destination, and he was forced to tap out.

After the match, Jeff hit a Swanton Bomb on Williams. Hannifan said Jeff’s post-match action was to send a message to The System. The Hardys and Sinner and Saint ultimately shook hands after the match.
Kelsey Heather ran into a shoulder block early. She delivered a back elbow, but Indi Hartwell slammed her down with a vertical suplex. Heather stomped Hartwell in the corner and hit a split-legged bulldog.
Hartwell avoided a moonsault. She took advantage with a series of clotheslines. Heather then got caught in a spinebuster. Hartwell put the match away with Hurts Donut.
Winner: Indi Hartwell
Hartwell grabbed a mic after the match and made it clear she’s after the TNA Knockouts World Champion. Hartwell said Arianna Grace doesn’t deserve the title. Grace made her way out with Stacks. Grace said Hartwell can’t demand title matches. Hartwell said she’s way above Grace’s level and vowed to take the gold from her.
Daria Rae told Mike Santana that if he lays a finger on Steve Maclin, he will be stripped of the TNA World Championship. Santino Marella then stepped in with his own stipulation, revealing that Maclin will be fired again if he touches Santana. Maclin and Santana then had a staredown, but things didn’t get physical.
Steve Maclin was in the ring and said he’s prepared a written statement. Maclin thanked Daria Rae and called her the greatest leader in TNA. He then ripped Santino Marella for failing to keep his family in order. He then said he was sorry that Tom Hannifan had put himself in a situation that ended their friendship. Maclin called Hannifan “weak” for not handling his punch.
Mike Santana was in the crowd, signaling for Maclin to wrap it up. Maclin said he had been fighting unselfishly for TNA fans, but it was all for nothing. He called Santana “selfish.” Maclin admitted he saw an opportunity and took it. He then claimed Santana uses his addiction to force fans to care about him. Maclin then revealed his father is dead, but he doesn’t even remember what his dad’s voice sounded like. He said, unlike Santana, he knows what death actually is. He said their “Sacrifice” match isn’t just about the TNA World Championship, it’s about the door that Santana opened.

Frankie Kazarian was a guest commentator for the match. Elijah clotheslined AJ Francis out of the ring. He then hit a plancha on his opponent. Back in the ring, Francis lifted Elijah up, but he was hit with multiple elbows. Francis ended up landing a pop-up forearm.
Elijah got popped by Tennessee Whiskey. Elijah planted Francis with an Alabama Slam at the center of the ring. Elijah delivered a high knee to Francis for a two-count. Elijah walked the top rope and landed a destroyer for a near fall. Outside of the ring, Elijah threw an energy drink at Kazarian, who distracted him to allow Francis to hit Down Payment for the win.
Winner: AJ Francis
The Hometown Man ran out with a pipe for the save. Francis and Kazarian left the ring.

Eric Young was backstage bragging about hurting Leon Slater’s neck with his piledriver last week. He said he will prove the cleanse is here by taking the TNA X Division Championship at “Sacrifice.”
Rosemary looked to strike a deal with Johnny Swinger during a casino game. Swinger agreed, and Allie “The Bunny” was revived. Rosemary and Allie were reunited.
Brad Attitude took a shot at Ricky Sosa right away. Sosa displayed his mat work and nearly had an early cradle pin. He leaped over his opponent and delivered a dropkick. Sosa went high-risk, but Attitude shoved him off the turnbuckle. Attitude was taken down by a standing moonsault. Sosa dove onto Attitude outside of the ring. Back in the ring, Attitude went for a springboard move, but he got caught in Blue Thunder Bang. Sosa won his TNA “iMPACT” debut.

Moose landed a uranage, followed by an early senton. Cedric Alexander was clotheslined out of the ring. Alexander got popped by a knee. Moose went for a suplex, but Alexander fought it off. Moose settled for a chop and a big boot. Alexander got in a superplex on the floor. He looked under the ring and grabbed a chair, but Moose had one of his own. The two swung the chairs, but Moose got the better of it. He delivered a chair shot to the back of his opponent.
The action returned to the ring, where Alexander hit Moose with a cooking tray. Alexander went high-risk, but Moose planted him with Go to Hell for a near fall. Moose charged in, but Alexander sent him into the steel steps.
With Moose’s head on the steps, Alexander looked for a chair shot, but Alisha Edwards stopped him. Alexander poked Edwards and got a slap for his efforts. Moose powerbombed Alexander onto the apron. He went for another, but Alexander hit him with a low blow. Alexander then powerbombed Moose onto a trash can.
In the ring, Alexander placed Moose onto a pile of chairs. Alexander went up the top turnbuckle, but Moose cut him off and hit a superplex onto the chairs. Alexander ran into a big boot, but he hit a Spanish Fly for a two-count. Alexander went for a springboard, but he got caught in a spear. Moose pulled out a table from under the ring. He placed the table in the corner and went for the spear, but Alexander sent him headfirst into a chair. Alexander hit a brainbuster, but Moose kicked out at one. Moose popped Alexander with a headbutt and speared him through the table for the win.
