TNA Victory Road 2025 Preview (9/26/25) – Match Card, Predictions

The Nygma’s View & Predictions

With eight matches announced, the TNA Victory Road 2025 card is very “last-minute,” but it has pretty good matches. TNA Bound For Glory is just two weeks away. Also, TNA invaded NXT on Tuesday. There’s a lot in the making currently, which means many surprises to come. I’m extremely bad at the prediction game, so if I was totally wrong, don’t be too surprised…

How Many Title Changes?

Three of the six TNA titles are on the line (the TNA Knockouts Championship match between Ash by Elegance and Masha Slamovich was cut, due to TNA investigating Slamovich’s domestic violence allegations).

Leon Slater faces Myron Reed for the X-Division Championship. Recently on iMPACT!, it was every man for himself as Myron Reed, Zachary Wentz, the returning Trey Miguel, and Jake Something faced off for a coveted X-Division Title opportunity. When the dust settled, it was Reed who rose to the occasion. Nygma says: I have no doubt Slater will retain, but we will witness a match to remember.

The inaugural TNA International Champion, Steve Maclin, defends against the King of TNA, Frankie Kazarian. During the latest edition of The King’s Speech, Kazarian revealed that his TNA International Title opportunity would come at Victory Road. The situation really intensified after Kazarian orchestrated an attack on TNA legend Mr. Anderson at the hands of Jake Something.

Maclin would come to the aid of Anderson, taking this rivalry to the next level. Nygma says: With Jack Something by his side, Kazarian may have a chance. Then, Steve Maclin is a TNA soldier, a fighting Champion. Smells like DQ.8 pm

The IInspiration get another chance at capturing the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship when they challenge M and Heather by Elegance. In their first meeting at Slammiversary, The Elegance Brand was able to escape with their Knockouts World Tag Team Titles intact.  Since then, The IInspiration has brought the fight to the Elegance Brand on several fronts.

After Cassie Lee defeated M By Elegance in singles action, The IInspiration were awarded with a Knockouts World Tag Team Title opportunity. Nygma says: The Elegance Brand is the 2025 version of The Beautiful People. Cheat to win, at any price. Ash has no match on the card. The problem here is not who will win, but how “who” will win.

An NXT invasion?

Eric Young continues his unhinged quest to “cleanse” TNA Wrestling when he steps into the ring with Joe Hendry. After brutally assaulting Hendry backstage, Young cut ties with his Northern Armory allies. But when Young looked to make an example out of Judas Icarus, Hendry made his presence felt, allowing Icarus to score the upset over his former mentor.

Nygma says: Joe Hendry was not on the TNA side this Tuesday, despite being there. Eric Young was. The Northern Armory may be on Hendry’s side or not. Young may blow a fuse, or not. As I don’t believe in Joe Hendry, I give it to Young.

Mike Santana’s Path to Bound For Glory has taken a detour after NXT’s Ridge Holland attacked him. Holland revealed that he made a deal with TNA World Champion Trick Williams to take out Mike Santana before Bound For Glory and receive a TNA World Championship match. Santana and Holland are now set to collide, just days removed from TNA’s invasion of NXT. Nygma says: That may be the perfect moment for an NXT invasion.

Some Factions and Teams Issues

A.J. Francis will host another edition of the FIR$T CLA$$ PENTHOU$E as he is joined by one-half of the TNA World Tag Team Champions, Matt Hardy (Jeff can’t come to Canada). Nygma says: Honestly, this is so coming out of nowhere, I won’t even try to have a clue about what will happen.

Mustafa Ali faces Moose, one-on-one. Several weeks ago, battle lines were drawn when Order 4 delivered a vicious assault to The System, injuring and taking JDC out of action. Recently on iMPACT!, Ali attempted to cost Moose his match against A.J. Francis but was unsuccessful. This led to Moose laying out the challenge for the two faction leaders to meet one-on-one.

TNA says: “The leaders of two of the most prominent groups in TNA Wrestling will collide.” Ali may be a leader, not Moose, as the System is a brotherhood. Nygma says: It’s not a one-on-one match. With Order 4 and the System not too far, it will be another brawl, which is sad, as the match is very appealing.

The Best of The Rest

Recently on TNA iMPACT!, Matt Cardona ensured that The Nemeths were unable to regain the TNA World Tag Team Titles from The Hardys. Cardona, who has a long history with Nic Nemeth, must face the wrath of the brother duo. Backing up Cardona will be none other than The Home Town Man, who has also had issues with Ryan Nemeth. Nygma says: The Home Tome Man has never lost, so.

While Myron Reed prepares to challenge Leon Slater for the X-Division Title, fellow Rascalz Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz, as well as Cedric Alexander, will clash in three-way action. Buckle up for what promises to be an edge-of-your-seat encounter. Nygma says: I fully agree with TNA on that. That will be magic in the ring, whoever wins.
