Two matches have been announced for the Friday, January 24 WWE SmackDown.
LA Knight will face The Bloodline’s Tama Tonga on next week’s show after a confrontation on Friday’s SmackDown. Knight and Jacob Fatu brawled in the ring, with Tama Tonga then coming through the crowd to aid in the attack. Braun Strowman made the save and cleared the ring with Knight, setting up Strowman vs. Fatu at Saturday Night’s Main Event, and Knight vs. Tonga on next week’s SmackDown.
Also announced, Motor City Machine Guns will face Pretty Deadly next week. MCMG were victorious over Los Garza on this week’s show, in spite of interference from Pretty Deadly. PD continue to act as bumbling emissaries for Tag Team Champions DIY in an effort to earn a title shot, but were berated by DIY’s Tommaso Ciampa on Friday’s show.
