Many believe this could signal a new Roman Reigns unlock, especially after noticing a new barricade Superman Punch animation added in this update. Fans have long referenced an unselectable comeback animation tied to Roman that’s been in the files for months, sparking talk that this might finally be its debut through either The Island or a Live Event reward.

Island Renders and Story Expansion

Fresh Island renders were uncovered by @WittyWitterson, pointing toward Chapter 5’s arrival. The new images and code lines hint that players may soon see new cutscenes or story missions added to The Island mode. Patch 1.28 also includes the Saturday Night Main Event Pack, and players have noticed that Penta’s WrestleMania 41 persona card has been added to Live Events with an IRL render. @WittyWitterson showcased the new Penta ’25 card, giving fans a first look at the model’s updated design and its connection to upcoming MyFACTION content.
