The Final DLC Before the Bell

Just when you thought you could finally give your controller a break, WWE 2K25 pulls you back in for one last main event. With the Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack dropping November 12, the game’s final DLC is set to close out the year with a bang—featuring five all-time legends: Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura, Junkyard Dog, ‘Mr. Wonderful’ Paul Orndorff, Sid Justice, and Tito Santana. But even before the bell rings for this farewell pack, the conversation is already shifting to what’s next.

And as of today, fans have their first official clue.

Take-Two Confirms the WWE 2K26 Release Window

Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of 2K Games, released its Q2 fiscal year 2026 earnings report on November 6, 2025, outlining the company’s roadmap for upcoming titles. According to a post shared by SmackDown Hotel, the report confirms that WWE 2K26 is scheduled to release during the fourth quarter of Take-Two’s fiscal year 2026, which runs through March 31, 2026.

The table shown in the report includes several of Take-Two’s major franchises and upcoming releases, with WWE 2K26 clearly listed as a Q4 FY2026 launch. In plain terms—fans can expect the next evolution of the WWE 2K series sometime before spring of next year.

“News to be revealed shortly,” the post teased, hinting that more details about WWE 2K26 could be right around the corner.

What’s Next for WWE 2K

Given the solid run WWE 2K25 has enjoyed since launch, the timing lines up perfectly for a smooth yearly transition. If history is any indication, the next installment should bring expanded superstar rosters, fresh arenas, and upgraded visuals to match next-gen standards.

For now, the final DLC will close out WWE 2K25’s content cycle on a nostalgic note—while WWE 2K26 quietly warms up in Gorilla position, waiting for its entrance music to hit.
