And did The Undertaker accidentally get Mickie James booted off of A&E's LFG for Season 2?

Here are your top news and rumors for March 6, 2025:

Natural Disasters Going Into WWE Hall Of Fame

Announcement Coming Soon

As per WrestleVotes, "As first reported on today’s WrestleVotes Radio, sources indicate a legendary tag team is set to join the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2025—The Natural Disasters, Earthquake & Typhoon. A long-overdue, well-deserved honor for the former WWF Tag Team Champions." John Tenta (Earthquake) was a Canadian professional wrestler and sumo wrestler who passed away in 2006. Fred Ottman (Typhoon) is still alive and was perhaps most famous for his role in WCW as The Shockmaster.

It's not clear what the entire class will look like, but Triple H and Michelle McCool are the only official inductees into the 2025 Hall of Fame class thus far.

Ripley Being Added To Women's World Title Match

Triple Threat Match At WrestleMania?

During a Backstage Pass Q&A show, WrestleVotes said WWE plans to add Rhea Ripley to the Bianca Belair vs. IYO SKY Women’s World title match at WrestleMania. To the shock of many, Ripley lost the title this past Monday night on Raw in the main event.

The belief is that the way the match ended on Monday, WWE is kicking off a long-term Rhea Ripley vs Bianca Belair feud. How Iyo Sky fits into this title narrative leading into WrestleMania will be intriguing. How does WWE make sure to book her strong if they're focused on the two challengers?

Michelle McCool Replacing Mickie James On LFG

Undertaker Petitioned For His Wife To Join The Show

A&E sources say that the Undertaker was open to continuing WWE LFG and being a coach on Season 2, but he wanted his wife, Michelle McCool, to be involved. I do not necessarily expect it would cost Mickie James her spot; reports are that the show is removing James as a coach and slotting McCool in her place. Fightful Select notes that the Undertaker didn't necessarily want Mickie James off the show.

WWE Hall of Famers The Undertaker, Booker T, and Bubba Ray Dudley will reportedly all be back on the show. There is no confirmation on whether there's any heat between James and The Undertaker or McCool for the switch-up.

Steve Austin At WrestleMania 41?

He's Hinted He'll Help Cody Rhodes

Steve Austin recently interviewed Adrian Hernandez of Unlikely and hinted that he may have a role in this year's WrestleMania. The event is taking place just a few hours from where he lives in Nevada, and Austin said he would be there to help Cody Rhodes if Rhodes asked.

Austin spoke about John Cena’s heel turn at the Elimination Chamber and noted that he would already be in town for appearances during the WrestleMania 41 weekend. Austin stated that he hasn’t talked with WWE yet, so it's unclear what the creative plan will be. Having said that, if WWE can get Austin on the show, and he's willing, it only makes sense they'll try to find a way to include him.
