WWE Crown Jewel Card: Roman Reigns to Write Next Chapter of The Bloodline

We already know one tag team match is official for Crown Jewel. After Monday's Raw, it appears that another is expected. The "OTC" Roman Reigns returned to WWE to assist his cousins, Jimmy and Jey Uso, in their match against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed of The Vision. Reigns had not been seen since the "Brons" viciously attacked him at Clash in Paris.

Reigns has made several returns to television in 2025, but this one is different. While Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins are fighting about supremacy, WWE released a video today of The Tribal Chief firmly reasserting himself in the top position.

What is Next for Roman Reigns?

Fans are not tired of The Bloodline. The break has only proven that there is more story to tell. At 40 years old, all of the key players are still in their prime. After Roman's Vanity Fair piece before WrestleMania 41, fans speculated if his career was winding down. But his comments were grossly misunderstood.

Reigns may have other pursuits, but his interview on What's Your Story? with Steph McMahon confirmed that he plans to be in WWE for a while longer. He's interested in growing his legacy, not just living off of 1,316 days.

There's another chapter of the Bloodline to be written — and we may very well only be halfway through the story.

Who Will Roman Reigns Face at Crown Jewel?

This is the immediate question. We know Reigns has been advertised for the show. His match will involve The Vision. If he wrestles in a tag team match, which Uso should be his partner — Jimmy or Jey?

Roman needs to choose Jey. They need to re-run their SummerSlam match against the Brons. The character landscape has changed since August. Jey is a different man now. Jimmy is back in the fold. If Roman challenges the Brons to a tag match but chooses Jey to be his partner over Jimmy, the next chapter of The Bloodline will be in full swing.

And we'll be along for the ride.
