Finn Balor attempts to offset what's being billed as the biggest WrestleMania main event of a generation by challenging CM Punk for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Rhea Ripley, Randy Orton Off To WrestleMania 42 Championship Matches

The stage is now set for major championship matches at WrestleMania 42 after two vicious Elimination Chamber matches. Rhea Ripley will now face Jade Cargill for the WWE Women's Championship, and Randy Orton will face Drew McIntyre for the WWE Undisputed Championship.

There isn't a larger or more talked about women's match than Ripley against Cargill, and the two will finally face off in a colossal Championship for the first time ever. The showdown promises to be an epic one, as Ripley attempts to end the unstoppable reign and trajectory of Cargill, an unbelievable force in the women's division since signing with the company in 2024.

On the men's side, Randy Orton pulled off a shocking win after interference from both Drew McIntyre, who hit Cody Rhodes with his championship belt, and a returning Seth Rollins, who helped take Logan Paul out of the match and dash The Vision's WrestleMania dreams. Orton now attempts to win his 15th WWE Championship in Vegas, while Rhodes is out of the WrestleMania title picture for the first time since 2023, and no real opponent set.

AJ Lee Wins First WWE Singles Gold In Over A Decade

In a major feel good moment, AJ Lee won the Women's Intercontinental Championship in Chicago. Lee, in her first singles match in more than a decade, tapped out Becky Lynch to win the gold on the road to WrestleMania 42.

It's a moment wrestling fans weren't sure they'd ever see, and her exciting return last summer shook the dust off the millennial wrestling fans who adore her and her journey. Lee now takes the championship to Las Vegas, where a big-time rematch against Lynch is all but likely.

Danhausen Debuts In WWE: Very Nice, Very Evil

After a few weeks of trading the box back and forth, the WWE Universe learned who was indeed in the box. With a jar full of teeth and his own dance squad, Danhausen made his WWE debut in Chicago.

A friend of Pepsi Phil, Danhausen's AEW contract reportedly ended today, allowing for him to transition to WWE after disappearing from their programming a few months back. It remains to be seen what role he'll play in WWE, but we now know that Raw or SmackDown will indeed be very nice, very evil.
