WWE Finally Adds All Of Its PLEs To Netflix, But Its Library Remains Incomplete
Seth Rollins WWE 1

It was clear something was going on behind the scenes between WWE and Netflix since the start of the year, as more content started to make its way over from Peacock, and now that something has been officially confirmed. Netflix is officially the home of WWE's PLE library, with pretty much every major event from the start of the WrestleMania era now available on the platform in the US.

Almost Every WWE PLE Is Now On Netflix

Both Netflix and WWE officially confirmed the shift of the latter's PLE library from Peacock to their new home on January 6, although if you've been paying attention, you could have been watching some of WWE's older stuff on Netflix for the past week or so.

"Beginning immediately, Netflix is the new U.S. home for WWE’s library of Premium Live Events (prior to September 2025) including WrestleMania, SummerSlam and Royal Rumble, as well as award-winning documentaries and original programming," a WWE statement confirming the news reads.

The award-winning documentaries and original programming presumably refer to shows like WWE Unreal, which will return for a second season, although it's unclear if shows made during the WWE Network, like Legends House, will ever find their way to Netflix. As for PLEs, you can find an exhaustive list of what's made the jump at What's On Netflix, but as far as I can see, it looks like it's pretty much everything, barring the most recent PLEs, which will presumably be added in due course once enough time has passed.

PLEs don't air live on Netflix in the US like they do in other parts of the world, so there will be terms in place that dictate when they can be made available on demand elsewhere.

There's Still A Lot Of WWE Content Missing On Netflix

WWE RAW

Getting all of WWE's PLEs onto Netflix is a huge step, but there are still huge gaps in WWE history missing from its new home. The most pressing issue, if the fan responses to this news are anything to go by, is the lack of Raw history currently on the platform.

There are 23 years of Raw that need to be added to Netflix's WWE library, with shockingly little of the red brand's back catalog currently available. Somewhat surprising since Raw is the one show that's on Netflix the world over. It may be a similar situation to when these shows were gradually added to the WWE Network, though. It took months, years in some cases, as people needed to watch through and censor accordingly.

Netflix will have entirely different, probably far more strict rules in place, which might mean once those Raw episodes do finally find their way to Netflix, there might be bits of them missing. For now, make the most of Netflix's revamped PLE library and start watching every Royal Rumble match ready for 2026's 30-person bouts later this month.
