At the Backlash PLE, Tonga Loa attacked Randy Orton and Kevin Owens and became the newest member of The Bloodline. Since then, the WWE Universe hasn’t seen much of his in-ring abilities. He was supposed to have his debut match, teaming up with Solo Sikoa against The Street Profits, but it was pulled out due to a shocking reason.

On the latest episode of SmackDown, Paul Heyman broke the news to Solo Sikoa during the backstage segment. He stated that Tonga Loa failed to clear customs and couldn’t make it to Saudi Arabia. The match ended up being canceled, and The Bloodline was involved in Tama Tonga’s semifinal match against Randy Orton.

Meanwhile, The Street Profits helped LA Knight , who was getting beaten up by A-Town Down Under and Carmelo Hayes . The Megastar, along with the charismatic duo of Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford, defeated them in a fun impromptu match. Bobby Lashley wasn’t present due to an injury, which also forced him to withdraw from the King of the Ring tournament.

Tonga Loa‘s WWE run so far has been weird, to say the least. First, he became the center of criticism for botching his spot at Backlash. Now, the WWE Universe is having fun at his expense, as he couldn’t make it to Saudi Arabia. Regardless, it remains unknown when he will make his in-ring debut.

AEW’s Tony Schiavone reacts to Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa joining WWE

Despite Roman Reigns ‘ absence since losing his title to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL, The Bloodline continued to grow stronger. Tama Tonga made his debut and joined the dominant faction, followed by his cousin Tonga Loa. Legendary commentator, Tony Schiavone expressed his thoughts in an interview on the two new additions.

While speaking on the “What Happened When?” podcast, the 66-year-old veteran talked about the brothers joining WWE. He expressed great happiness for them and remembered their father and a great friend of his, Haku. Schiavone also didn’t forget to give Cody Rhodes his due credit for his incredible journey.

They are great kids, from a great father, and I'm happy for all of them. Truly, Meng or King Haku here, is one of my favorite people of all time. I'm happy with the family, I really am. Happy for them to be a part of The Bloodline. And of course, very happy for Cody [Rhodes] as well, and the star that he has become. Tony Schiavone via the What Happened When?

He also shared some of the outrageous stories about their father, as Haku was known as one of the toughest individuals in the wrestling world. While Tama and Loa haven’t made a significant impact on the company yet, Schiavone was optimistic about their future.
