Here Are Your Key Moments From Monday Night Raw For November 3, 2025

  • CM Punk opened the show as the new World Heavyweight Champion, with loud "You Deserve It" chants given to him. He begins by thanking his wife, AJ Lee, and then thanks the WWE Universe, saying he couldn't get back to being champion without them. Punk says he doesn't know how much time he has left, and he's holding onto this moment for as long as he can, especially without Seth Rollins creeping around trying to take the moment from him, then swinging the belt around his head to taunt him. He says if he's not the best in the world on any given day, he'll lose it, and he's going to be a fighting champion to defend against anyone, followed by a challenge to John Cena. Logan Paul appears, and Punk shuts it down and says anyone but him. Paul says he's absolutely up for the challenge and is ready for him, and that he's earned the shot. Paul Heyman then appears from the backstage area with The Vision in tow, telling Paul that the front of the line belongs to Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker. Heyman tells Paul to leave the ring, and he refuses, saying they're late to the party. Breakker tells Punk and Paul that Heyman bought everyone two weeks to live by being patient, but that he's not waiting anymore. The Vision then attacks Punk in the ring, but as Paul takes the chance to leave, he attacks The Vision to assist Punk. The Vision made quick work of Paul, leveling him with a Tsunami Splash until Punk chased them out of the ring with a steel chair.
  • Punk is backstage and confronted by Jey Uso. Uso tells him he feels like Punk needs his help. Punk says he doesn't know who he's talking to, but Uso assures him he's talking to "Main Event" Jey Uso. Uso tells him that they can solve the Vision problem tonight, and Punk agrees, setting tonight's main event.
  • Dominik Mysterio comes to the ring and says that on Saturday, he proved that he was the greatest Intercontinental and AAA Mega Champion of all time, and that there is no man on Earth that can stop him. Rey Mysterio interrupts and returns to WWE after his injury, and tells Dom that he can say he's the greatest champion if he wants, but he can't say he's the King of the Luchadores, because he insults their bloodline. He askes if he thinks he's better than Eddie Guerrero, and Dom tells him to keep his father's name out of his mouth, but he is better than him, too. Rey tells Dom that as long as he's around, he'll never be the King of the Luchadores, it will never be his ring, and he will never be the greatest Mysterio. Dom attacks Rey, but Rey capitalizes and hits him with a 619 before Dom escapes.
  • Becky Lynch appears from the crowd and says she has a lot to get off her chest, including Seth Rollins' injury and The Vision's attack, as well as a crooked referee who's out to "hold her down." Lynch tells Maxxine Dupri you survive in this business by being good, and that her next chance at the Women's Intercontinental Championship will be her last chance. As she heads to the back, she is confronted by the Kabuki Warriors and has a staredown with them both before leaving.
  • Jey Uso is backstage and approached by Paul Heyman. Heyman tells him that he was always his favorite member of the Bloodline because he always kept him guessing. Uso tells him he's teaming with Punk because he beat him fair. Heyman tells him that's not what Roman Reigns would say, and Uso interrupts him and tells him that he doesn't care what anyone says, he's going to do what Jey Uso wants to do. Heyman tells Uso that he respects him because, while he won't join The Vision, he has a vision of his own, and he likes that.
  • At the conclusion of the main event, Logan Paul returns to the ring and appears to assist CM Punk and Jey Uso, but hits Punk with his brass knuckles, leaving him out cold. Heyman holds back Breakker and Reed, as Paul holds the brass knuckles out and hands them to Heyman as he nods in agreement.

Happy Days Are Here Again: CM Punk Is World Heavyweight Champion

For the first time in over a decade, CM Punk returned to Monday Night Raw as a WWE Champion, holding the World Heavyweight Championship after his win at Saturday Night's Main Event. Punk is coming out swinging, ready to take on all challengers and opponents for his reclaimed Big Gold 2.0, with everyone from Finn Balor to Sheamus in his crosshairs.

It's a welcome return for Punk, one of WWE's most prominent and decorated Superstars, to the championship picture, a statement and idea that would have been unimaginable two years ago. With more time behind him than in front of him, CM Punk has a renewed purpose as The Autumn of Punk begins tonight.

The First Tournament Matches Announced For John Cena's Final Match

The first two matches have been set to determine who will face John Cena in his final match: Rusev against Damian Priest, and Shinsuke Nakamura against Sheamus. The next two matches will be set during this week's SmackDown, establishing the first eight men to have a shot at retiring the Greatest of All Time.

It's hard to gauge who will take the lead in this first bracket, but it feels like a safe bet to assume Rusev and Sheamus will have the upper hand, as both have long histories with Cena. Although Gunther has long been rumored to be his final opponent, the Road to D.C. will have twists, turns, and possibly some surprises in between.
