Here Are Your Key Moments From WWE Monday Night Raw For April 27, 2026

  • Roman Reigns opens the show with The Usos in a pre-taped statement. He tells them they're going to leave the past in the past, but he only trusts them. He tells them he doesn't understand where Jacob Fatu is coming from. He said the roster's had two years to take advantage of him being away but now that he beat CM Punk, Jacob wants it. Jimmy tells Roman that he agrees with where Jacob is coming from, but Jey tells Roman that Jacob is dangerous and that if he wins, he takes everything from Roman; he says there has to be consequences. Roman tells them he'll chew on that throughout the day and will make a decision tonight.
  • Seth Rollins comes to the ring and airs his grievances against Bron Breakker, who he blames for his loss to Gunther and Roman Reigns having the World Heavyweight Championship. He tells Breakker to come to the ring, which he does, flanked by Paul Heyman. He asks Breakker what did he benefit from putting him out of action and costing him the main event at WrestleMania, after giving him everything. Breakker tells him he's got nothing and no one to help him. He said Rollins needed the Vision to fight his battles and say the same things over and over again. He tells Rollins he never needed him, he only ever needed Paul Heyman. Rollins tells him that he wanted to fight the best and Shawn Michaels sent Breakker to him. He tells Breakker that he knows what it's like to be a young kid who bets on himself, but when he bet on himself, it got him world title matches, while he got Austin Theory and Logan Paul. Breakker tells him that he's been on the way to the top, but Rollins can't handle being the champion anymore. He tells Rollins that he is the very best professional wrestler in the world at being number two. Rollins asks if Breakker called Scott Steiner for help with his promo, and that he's going to give him the opportunity at Backlash to prove he's ready. Rollins tells him, "Steiner, you're not even number two in your own family", throws the mic at Heyman, and leaves the ring.
  • Becky Lynch comes to the ring to discuss her win over AJ Lee to regain her Women's Intercontinental Championship. Lynch brags about having the gold back around her waist and now holds the distinction of winning four different titles at WrestleMania, and has won more matches than any other woman in WrestleMania history. She said her proudest moment was walking with her daughter up the ramp at WrestleMania, and said she needs to be a fighting champion in every town. She issues an open challenge to anyone who wants to take advantage of it. IYO SKY's music hits, and she comes out to the ring. SKY tells her she accepts, but Lynch laughs at her and tells her she wants the best of the best, and SKY is none of those things. After she continues to berate her, Adam Pearce comes to the ring and tells them that we're doing the match right now.
  • Roman Reigns comes out to address the crowd. He says they made the World Heavyweight Championship to try and diminish his run, but he's made the title relevant and brought respect to it. Jacob Fatu then comes to the ring, and Roman tells him he gave him a week to decide whether he wanted to do this or unite the family. Jacob says he didn't stutter and he knew exactly what he wanted, and while he and the Bloodline was out here running the show, he was out here grinding. He says Solo was the one who put him on, not Roman, but Roman says Solo couldn't get coffee delivered to the building. Roman asks him who he thinks runs WWE. Roman says while things might have gotten a little hectic, he didn't forget him, and he signed off on it. Roman continue to berate Jacob until Jacob snaps and puts him in the Tongan Death Grip and puts him to the mat. Jacob screams at Roman that he'll take everything from him and throws the title at him. Roman agrees to face him at Backlash, but Jacob warns he'll be waiting for him next week.

The Bloodline Returns As The First Family

It felt like it was bound to happen in the aftermath of WrestleMania 42, but it appears The Usos have officially relinked with Roman Reigns, and the First Family has been born. Running back the early plays of the incredible Bloodline story arc, there could be much more under the surface than first appearing.

Jey Uso, a former World Heavyweight Champion, seems extra incentivized to protect Roman from losing the title, from Jacob Fatu, LA Knight, and anyone that may step to him, but it's possible history has not fully been written for Jey and Roman's track. Jey still has something to prove so many years later from Roman's abusive ways, and perhaps he's protecting Roman so he can prove himself to Roman, and take the title away from him.

Jacob Fatu Gets His Championship Match Against Roman Reigns

It's been brewing for quite some time, and a moment that feels long overdue has been agreed to. Roman Reigns agreed to give Jacob Fatu a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship next month at Backlash, setting the table for a raucous affair.

Fatu is one of the most dangerous Superstars in WWE, and he continued to prove it tonight when he snapped and attacked Reigns out of nowhere with a move rarely seen these days: the Tongan Death Grip. Reigns was incapacitated by it, and he may second guess questioning his next moves against Fatu, previously warned by Jey to tread lightly. A colossal match awaits us all, and the lead in is bound to get more destructive into the next two weeks.
