WWE NXT Preview (3/18/25) – Chelsea Green Defends US Title

This week’s episode of WWE NXT will provide the fallout show for Roadblock. That was a stacked special show but, with that done, we are well on the fast track to WrestleMania weekend. For NXT fans, this of course means Stand & Deliver during that weekend.

The March 18 edition of NXT has four confirmed matches at time of writing. On tap, we have a title match, an Underground match, and two other cannot-miss matches. Here is all you need to know ahead of the March 18 NXT.

• WWE Women’s United States Championship Match: Chelsea Green (c) vs. Sol Ruca
• NXT Underground Match: Trick Williams vs. Eddy Thorpe
• Singles Match: Ricky Saints vs. Ridge Holland
• Six-Person Mixed Tag Team Match: The Family (Channing Lorenzo, Adriana Rizzo & Luca Crusifino) vs. The Culling (Brooks Jensen, Izzi Dame & Niko Vance)

Chelsea Green Defends WWE Women’s US Title

WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green is set to defend her title against Sol Ruca this week. This is a major opportunity for Ruca, as she could claim her first championship within WWE. But Green, ever the resourceful champion, will do all she can to keep the gold. It can be expected that Piper Niven, who is Green’s tag team partner, will also lend her strengths to keep the gold. For Niven, Ruca’s own tag team partner, Zaria, will be available. This is quite an intriguing match, and it could put some really great dynamics against each other.
