WWE gave us a solid edition of Monday Night Raw to kick off the week of John Cena's last match. The theme of the show was preparing to say farewell to the GOAT. WWE aired a number of sentimental video packages throughout the night, which will be commonplace on television and social media for the next 4 days.

While Cena has the attention of the wrestling world, The Vision's Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul made sure to redirect the spotlight. Breakker proved yet again that he has arrived at the next level on the microphone, Bronson Reed gave us another viral moment, and Logan Paul is adding layers to his character as a weekly performer.

The masked wrestler has not yet been revealed, but he showed up twice — both times to The Vision's benefit.

  • GUNTHER addressed John Cena, promising to "break his spirit" and make him do what he's never done before: give up.
  • LA Knight made a (late) save, setting up a singles match with Paul for the main event.
  • AJ Styles and Dragon Lee (c) def. The War Raiders
  • The Usos officially rejoined the tag team division, confronted The New Day, and vowed to win back the World Tag Team Championships from Styles & Lee.
  • Nikki Bella interrupted Stephanie Vaquer's in-ring interview with Jackie Redmond, only for Raquel Rodriguez to attack Bella and challenge Vaquer.
  • Bron Breakker cut another career-elevating promo, begging for the "old CM Punk" to come back. He warned that if not, he will take both his World Heavyweight Championship and wife on January 5.
  • Bronson Reed crushed LA Knight with a Tsunami in the parking lot to close the show.
