With all that out of the way, let’s get right into it. Here are the LIVE WWE SmackDown results for November 7, 2025. Let’s run it down.

WWE SmackDown Results (11/7/25):

  • After a hard-fought title defense at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes begins Friday night to address the WWE Universe. Rhodes immediately got to business, saying Drew McIntyre introduced the chair into the equation, and he didn’t hesitate to pull the trigger, considering who Drew McIntyre is, an impressive specimen, albeit one of the most self-sabotaging competitors he has ever met. Cody immediately turned his attention to more pressing matters, looking for his next challenger. That is when Aleister Black and Zelina would march to the ring, stating that Rhodes’ new nightmare begins now, as Zelina slaps him across the face. Before things could escalate further, SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis would sanction a one-on-one match between Cody Rhodes and Aleister Black for tonight’s main event.
  • To kick off the action, United States Champion Ilja Dragunov sanctions another U.S Open Challenge. As he was making his way backstage, Dragunov would have a tense staredown with MFT killer Tama Tonga. For Dragunov’s next title challenger, Tommaso Ciampa steps up. It’s not at all surprising, considering he’s wanted this opportunity for a few weeks now. Ciampa would get on the mic, issuing a warning and running down his accolades, stating that nobody calls him a “jacka*s.” Once again, the “Mad Dragon” denies him the opportunity, and instead, he wants Johnny Gargano tonight, as the bell rings.
  • To call this physical would be a gross understatement. Some can argue that Gargano may have been Dragunov’s most brutal fight yet.  Johnny Wrestling almost had the “Mad Dragon” on a number of occasions, executing a Superkick to the back of the head, then a Poisonrana for the near-fall. Gargano wasn’t done, and like a house on fire, Gargano would execute a Suicide Dive Tornado DDT, followed by the One Final Beat. Candice LeRae would even get involved, almost costing Dragunov the title. Unfortunately for Johnny, he would go to the well one too many times, going for another One Final Beat just to get countered. Ilja would execute a Deadlift Superplex as Gargano stood on the apron, followed up by a crushing H-Bomb to notch his third successful title defense.
  • The NEW WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill will make her first appearance since winning the title back at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Cargill would walk to the ring, sporting her newly won WWE Women’s Championship. Jade would get on the mic and tell everyone they should look at what happened to Tiffany Stratton, putting everyone on notice by reminding them she’s “that b*tch,” before storming off. As Corey Graves said, that’s enough said. Cargill would stand atop the ramp after her quick warning, only to be interrupted by WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Charlotte Flair, with her championship partner Alexa Bliss, as “The Queen” battles Nia Jax. On numerous occasions, Flair had Jax’s number and was ready to finish the job. Unfortunately, a WWE NXT star would come into the fold and choke out Bliss at ringside, causing Flair to get distracted. With “The Queen” off her game for a split second, Jax would clock her and hit the Annihilator for the bulldozing victory.
  • SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis announced more names and matches that will be a part of the John Cena “The Last Time Is Now” Tournament.
  • Next up, WWE Women’s United States Champion Giulia defends the title against Chelsea Green. Giulia would have the upper hand for most of the runtime of this short bout. Before we knew it, Chelsea Green would catch Giulia off-guard, becoming the #AndNEW WWE Women’s United States Champion.
  • Rey Fenix battles the monster Talla Tonga. Before the match would start, Shinsuke Nakamura would come to the aid of Fenix to even the odds, making sure no MFT member would be at ringside. Fenix would do everything in his power to beat the towering Tongan, hitting him with quick and devastating offense. Fenix would get his bearings and build momentum, but it wasn’t enough. In one split second, Talla Tonga would catch him by the neck and execute a Chokeslam for the win. Talla wasn’t done with Solo Sikoa by his side and wanted to inflict more damage on the Luchadore. Fortunately, Sami Zayn, even with the advice from Aldis to heal up, would come to Fenix’s rescue, sporting a steel chair to send MFT running.
  • For the main event of the evening, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes grants Aleister Black a shot at proving himself against the “top guy in WWE” in a non-title bout. These two went at each other, but Cody Rhodes was too much to bear even for a fiend such as Aleister Black. In the closing moments of the match, Rhodes had Black’s number, but before the WWE Official could count, Drew McIntyre would Claymore the referee, leading to a no-contest. The three would brawl, with Damian Priest coming to the champion’s aid to even up the numbers. McIntyre’s actions would have major consequences, as the night ended with an irate “Scottish Psychopath.”
