WWE Star Naomi Issues Unhinged Threat To Jade Cargill

Naomi shared the clip of her relentlessly beating on Cargill on Instagram, informing fans that she has been "riding your fave like an Uber XL". Quite the caption, but it doesn't compare to the threat she dished out shortly after when Cargill dares to poke the bear. Cargill replied to the post, telling Naomi that she swings like a five-year-old. That's the line that prompted Naomi to bring Cargill's daughter into the mix.

Naomi is referencing Cargill's daughter, who just turned eight, and to vaguely threaten her in an Instagram reply just goes to show how real the former TNA Knockouts Champion wants this feud to feel. It also adds fuel to the rivalry, as trying to continue with something that felt like it finished at WrestleMania is always a risk.

This Feud Needs Heat Like This To Keep It Interesting

You need something big to keep the feud going. This awkward period on the WWE calendar is always a tricky time as it's easy to fall back on WrestleMania rematches, but those rematches rarely hit. Naomi viciously attacking Cargill less than a week after being beaten by her on The Grandest Stage Of Them All, and then bringing Cargill's eight-year-old daughter into the mix, really ramps things up.

As for the payoff, Cargill's daughter is probably a little young to get involved in the ongoing angle between Naomi and her mom in any way, although we know from pro wrestling history that there are ways to make that happen. Maybe an appearance in the front row of an upcoming show where Naomi approaches her and Cargill swoops in for the save just in the nick of time.

We're well past the days of two wrestlers competing over the custody of a child in a ladder match. Although, Dominik Mysterio was eight years old when that happened to him and he turned out okay, right?
