Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford fight week is here, and the main event is set for September 13 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, live on Netflix.

Many experts have discussed the fight extensively. It was widely reported that Canelo sparred with Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis, and at the grand arrivals, the Mexican legend discussed the spar in a video posted by Fight Hub TV.
When speaking to the media at grand arrivals, Canelo was asked about his sparring with Jaron Ennis and the details regarding the spar:
“He helped me really good and I’m very grateful with him. We have history, because 14 years ago, his older brother Pooh Ennis helped me for when I fought Shane Mosley and Alfonso Gomez. So that’s why we have history with the Ennis family, and I’m very grateful with him, taking the time and go there and give me some work.”
Canelo was then asked if there was anything in particular they worked on that he found beneficial:
“He’s very similar to Crawford. He switch guards too. He’s fast and he’s a pretty good fighter, so I work really good with him,” Canelo said.
While Canelo reflected on his preparation, attention also turned to the undercard.
